The only bad thing about this tv if any, is the remote control. The buttons you use for volume and channel are based on the lower portion of the control which is not easy to hold and use one hand to control. The poor design didn't stop me from keeping the tv however, so other great qualities of this tv that I haven't really used much lately still, but it is very lightweight and I like the fact that is has 3 hdmi ports. Great to hook up those extra devices. Picture quality is great so far. Sound quality is good too.

I ordered this particular TV around Christmas 2017 and got a fantastic deal on Bestbuy.com. It was on sale. Everything went very smoothly, the purchase, the delivery etc. I've had it set up for a couple weeks now and the picture is really good. I use this TV as a monitor for my laptop computer. I have the laptop plugged into the TV by way of HDMI cable and I have a wireless mouse and a wireless keyboard and I lay in bed and go online, watching movies, streaming stuff, and surfing the web. I couldn't be happier. The clarity seems really good and you can adjust the screen settings to your liking(If you want to). Sound is great too! It's a good TV, especially if you get the sale I got, which was around 200 bucks. I'd say this TV is nice and bright and the clarity is really good. Let's put it this way...if you can get this for the deal I got it for, it's very much worth it! If not, there may be a better brand with a bit more clarity, but still this is top notch to me. Nice, large screen...clear picture. Good, easy functions to figure out! Headphone jack in back of TV too! 4.5/5!!!!

Most readers would rather hear from someone that has owned a product for almost a year than one who has only had it for 2 days. Well, here is a review from someone who has owned this TV for almost one year. The colors are vibrant, It's light weight. It has 3 HDMI inputs, optical out, and headphone jack. The only negative I can think of is that the dialog can be difficult to hear at times (not always). This is being nit picky though as most TVs don't have great internal sound anymore because they know we are going to use a soundbar. We just hook it up to our soundbar and it's fine. Beautiful picture and Video games and Roku looks great on it.

This television has an outstanding picture and fits well on a TV stand. It may be too small to hang on a wall, but was just the right size for our apartment. Easy setup and works with my Charter remote control.

Great TV especially for the price I got it at. Have had no issues since I got it. It gets used regualry in my child's room. Very light weight tv also. Easy to hang

Bought the set to replace another we had where the sound began to rattle a bit. Price was very good so couldn't pass it up. Had it on the wall and programmed within a half hour of getting it home. Very simple. Love the picture and the sound.

Picked this tv up for my mom and dad, they have zero complaints. They even got a bigger size for a better price then other brands.

I bought this tv for my husband for his den. It is fantastic! Beautiful picture - great sound. So, I bought another one for the living room! And it's so light - not like our old tvs that weigh a ton! And you can't beat the price! I recommend using only HDMI cables. The only downside is the hard copy user manual should be included. It took much longer to set up the tv using only the quick setup guide. I finally pulled up the user manual online - it provided much more detail. The setup would have been so much easier & faster if we had the user manual from the get-go.

The TV performed very well. Good quality picture and sound. Setup was very easy . The price was very reasonable. Exceeded expectations.

I bought this tv when it was a pre black Friday price of $199. And I was debating between this tv and the $249 tv. This saved me 50 dollars because I bought a firestick for $25. The TV picture quality is pretty good. Very clear. One thing I can say it you can see the smudge pixel effects that makes the 1080p up close. Most good quality 1080p will still look clear when up close to the TV. Besides that I wouldn't deter that from me buying the TV. Very clear and loud sound. Very light tv and modern looking as well. Outdated looking menu though lol.

We were looking for a television for my father in law who is hard of hearing. He doesn’t like using a sound bar or headphones. The salesman was very helpful finding us a television set that produced the most sound out of the speakers. My father in law can once again hear his favorite shows.

We had previously bought the 32" 720p version of the same brand and it was great in our living. With a new house and a farther distance from the TV we wanted something a little bigger, affordable, and great quality. We didn't need 4K or smart features and this fit the bill better than any other brand. Our 32" replaced a 9 year old 26" Samsung for a better experience in that room too! We could not be happier with these TV's and we will definitely look at Insignia when we are in the market for another TV!

I bought this 43" Insignia to replace a 32" insignia in my office/spare BR. Hangs on the wall and a nice upgrade from the 32(which I now have on the wall of my lanai with a Roku). I am very happy with the picture quality, didn't need 4k or any fancy features, 1080p is great for that room. One odd thing this tv does, that no other Insignia TV's I've ever bought did, when it gets turned on the sound has a momentary spike about 2-3 times the normal volume. Lasts less than a second until it comes fully on but I find that strange. Doesn't impact the normal operation of the tv once on but is briefly disruptive if I turn the tv on in the middle of the night when the house is very quiet. Not a reason to return the unit in my opinion but do take away a half star for that which is the reason I rated at 4 instead of 5. Added note, the sound issue even does it if I have the sound turned all the way down and have my sound bar turned on. Originally thought it was the sound bar coming on with the tv but have determined it is not.

Great little TV for the price. The picture is clear and the colors look decent, especially for the store brand.

Just the right size, picture is pretty good, not perfect...but definitely fine for where it is. Definitely worth the money.

Easy to set up - enough inputs to get the job done, and a crisp picture. Based on the price point - this was a GREAT value.
