3 YEARS AND PICTURE STARTS ACTING UP

My first insignia tv lasted me 7 yrs before the picture died so I upgraded from the basic 32 inch to the 43 in smart tv with all the extra stuff only for the picture to start acting up 3 yrs later. This is ridiculous considering the tv was about 300$ when I bought it. I don’t understand how a new tv lasts nowhere near the amount of years the old basic one did and I used the older one a lot more. DISSATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT NOW!!

    Not Worth the Money

This TV was good for about two and a half years, until the screen went out. Apparently the power box blew out and there is no part to replace it. A total waste of money. According to Geek Squad Technician that attempted to fix the TV, said that Insignia are not good televisions. After he charged me $100 to tell me it was not fixable. I have two Vizio televisions that I have had for over 10 years. I will never buy from Best Buy again....

It worked great until 11 days after purchase. While watching TV the unit rebooted on its own and stayed on the start up screen. It would not respond at all with the remote or via the on off button on the TV itself. The only way to turn it on or off was by unplugging it. I went through the troubleshooting procedures found on Insignia website, nothing worked.

This Insignia television was pure TRASH.I should have heeded the negative reviews. I should have never purchased this open box television. It stopped working completely 3 days after the one year manufacturers warranty expired. Tried contacting customer service for months but not getting anywhere with their Insignia customer service department. The person in charge of my case won’t respond. Buyer beware. Avoid this cheaply made Bestbuy brand and it’s terrible customer service. Should have listened to the salesperson. Got a replacement 43 inch television off Amazon for a better price and less expensive extended warranty.

I purchased this TV for my mom but it was too difficult for her to manage. It doesn't function like a normal TV, turn it on and last channel plays. A menu screen comes up every time and you have to select a device.

Not the best picture and the features are limited. It's also very annoying to work the picture and audio settings. TV is ok but I really wish I had looked at it in the store before I purchased it.

Great TV. Roku and quality of TV are worth it.

I have been using Roku for a long time and really like what it supports and ease of use. That combined with the Insignia TV make this a great product. This product is great for cable cutters because you can use so many apps that you won't miss cable television. Wasn't even aware of an interesting feature prior to buying this TV, it has the ability to pause live over the air broadcast television from the antenna input when you install a 16GB usb drive. Pretty cool feature. Mostly use it for HBO, Netflix, and Hulu. I was also surprised by the amount of 4K content out there. Don't currently have any plans of buying a 4K player. I have purchased Insignia before and I believe they make a quality product especially for the price. Minor shadowing in corners, but mostly unnoticeable unless bright white image on screen. Also remote is not a smart remote and requires IR line of sight, which is disappointing as all other Roku remotes I have used are smart remotes.

The tv isn't that great but for the price I guess it isn't that bad but every time you turn it on you have to select tv or DVD or app so that's pretty annoying
