Difficult setting up roku and cable...Called number for help and got an accented person telling me I had to pay for setup..Is this the way?

I was very disappointed. Nobody at Beat Buy told me that when buying the TV it had Roku on it that would force you to pay more to unlock the tv to get it set up. Fortunately the AT&T supervisor was able to bypass by not hooking in to the Internet. Since I could not carry back to the store by myself I kept the tv due to the price but very disappointed and definitely never buy another. Roku appears to be a ripoff lockdown.

This TV have to be one of the worst things I have ever bought. Almost every night I have to re join the wifi because it losses connection. Plus it always lag when streaming. Don't buy this TV.

A few days after manufacturers warranty expired lost audio on 5 channels. Could not be repaired so tv was returned.

cheep price but quality not great did not last as long as you would want it to last

I'm sorry to say I had to return this tv 3 times due to it having the same issue over and over again the issue was the tv having popping sounds also big white portions of the tv screen popping up every now and then!

This unit worked fine for 21 months and for no apparent reason the TV went out "no picture". After checking the online help and running all the checks, It appear that this maybe a know issue with the TV brand. I found countless cases where the same thing had happen a number of times and you are directed to Geek squad for the repairs.

Bought this tv because of the price. You get what you pay for. The picture quality was subpar to say the least.

Bought Black Friday. Died Jan.11. Researched online. Common problem with an input module. Most go out in two years or less. Returned and bought a different brand.

Hasn't worked properly since purchased. Constant audio issues. Main board was replaced twice in less than 1 month & still has same issue. Manufacturer will not replace this tv, but is supposed to send out a "software update" due to many people having this same problem with this tv. But they will not give an ETA on the update.

I RETURNED THIS TV AFTER MULTIPLE FAILURES IN A 9 MONTH TIME FRAME. THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT IT IS THAT BEST BUY TOOK IT BACK WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I HAVE AN OLDER HD INSIGNIA 720P THAT HAS OPERATED FLAWLESSLY FOR YEARS. I THINK THAT THE NEW TVS 4K AND SMART ARE NOT YET PERFECTED.

If you don’t want your picture quality to last more than 6 months, this is the TV for you. If you want it to last longer, but anything else. I’ve gone through 2 of these TVs and had picture quality issues twice in a year.

Never BUY Insignia Roku TVs Breaks after 2000-3000 Hours, The bulb blew and the TV was all darken and wasn't fixable for under the price of the TV. Warranty Service Isn't worth it either it takes too long and you might just want to get a different TV.

This tv lasted a little over a year and then broke. TCL is pretty garbage. Out of three of these sets only one is working after 2 years. The worst trash ever.

How long are these TVs supposed to last, bc I think mine just died for NO REASON after 3 & 1/2 yrs. I'll update if needed.

Had it for a week and channels froze up a lot. Then the picture turned pinkish. Looked like I was watching with rose colored glasses. So I returned it.

This TV sucks and Best Buy sucks with their protection plan. They lied about how it works. What a total waste.
