Had an issue with one of their customer service members after their tv stopped working abruptly. I am indeed an AV junkie. If it's new I want it! Figured to roll the dice and buy the store brand. Bought it on sale for peanuts! I wasn't disappointed!!!

Very clear with vibrant colors. The audio quality is good. I like the volume high for movies, and the sound quality gets a little raspy when pushed up. So got a sound bar, but it was just because I'm picky.
