The TV has a nice picture. The volume is variably adjustable. I have an antenna box but this TV doesn't acknowledge it. I am unable to get the regular channels 3, 10, 13, 29, 48 etc. I tried the child block with the pin but I can't get it off!! I have to put the password in to access my programs. There is no place to delete the code.

This tv has a great picture. The fire tv feature is great too.

Bought this tv for my 95 year old great grandmother and she loves this thing. Especially since she was using a 22” from across the room. Her words. “I can finally read the words on my Cardinals baseball games and that makes it all worth it” would highly recommend to anyone. Picture quality is perfect for the price point.

Bought this TV on sale and couldn't be happier. Good picture and sound and size all for under $200.00. This is not a TV that is used on a daily basis but my review wouldn't change if it were. We are very pleased with another TV from Insignia so being able to get an Ultra High Definition 4K TV at that price was a no brainer for us

I needed a TV for watching Netflix and Amazon Prime. (There are many other apps available). I put the legs on, plugged it in, hooked it to the internet and watched. Very simple. Before purchasing this TV I purchased another brand from a Big Box Store and it kept “Updating” for 24 hours then died. I highly recommend the Insignia

We purchased the television to work with our Comcast Internet and Cable and were told by Best Buy employees that, although it has FireTV on it instead of Roku, it would work with Comcast. I even called twice before installation to verify this and was told specifically that it would work and "Not to Worry". We are now having to get Roku on an additional purchase because FireTV does not work seamlessly with Comcast, it takes several downloads and some rigging. If they had been completely honest about it, we would have purchased a Roku television instead. I have had a few instances that once the sale is going to be made, the Best Buy employee rushes through the process rather than taking time to answer questions from someone not completely educated on the new technologies. The television itself is good and at $299., was a great value to purchase. The installation was great and one of the installers is the one who suggested what we do to get it connected correctly. We are using it in a rental bedroom and he gave me steps to get it connected and on a separate wifi channel in our home.
