It is a great tv, only thing that threw me off is that it is a smart tv that is not capable of connecting to iPhone or at least I haven’t found out how, besides that it is a wonderful tv. Great quality, great colors, and great sound

We purchased this TV as an open box item and it has been excellent. It was purchased for our teenage son and he has enjoyed the fact that it is not a small tv and has great definition for his games. Would recommend to anyone.

I was pretty skeptical to buy a Best Buy brand TV. I got it on Black Friday and really wanted to upgrade from my cruddy 780p 30 inch tv that the picture was shot and barely worked. This tv has blown away my expectations. Beyond happy with this purchase

My son wanted a smart TV for Christmas and I figured it would be best to let him pick it out. So far, he absolutely loves this TV and is very happy with it. I highly recommend you letting BestBuy install the wall mount if that's what you choose to do.

There is a great picture quality with this tv. I have only had 1 issue, and that was when the audio and video started lagging. All that I had to do to correct it was unplug the tv and plug it back in. Since then I have not had any problems with it.

My only issue is that somehow my grandson "disappeared" the remote, and I'm having trouble replacing it. Can't get it at the store, and ordered three different ones from Amazon and none work (as stated!) with this TV. Still trying to find one.

I've use a firestick with my old tv. and with this one its awesome! wifi connects at a speed almost as fast as a direct ethernet connection. picture quality is great. my only complaint is the remote a slight drop and the batteries come flying out.

Bought this TV for both the price and the 4K features along with the smart TV. I am not disappointed in the least. It makes a great monitor for my computer too. Highly recommend that everyone who is looking for mid-size TV to check it out.

Have had the TV for about a month now. It's nice having the Amazon fire built in. No more multiple remotes. Audio is surprising loud, and picture quality seems great. My only complaint really, is that I wish the sleep timer was easier to access.

The picture quality is very good (better than I anticipated) based on the price I paid for this television. The use of apps to access programs are also easy to set up and watch your favorite programs. Won’t find much better deals.

Only thing I’d change is that the remote doesn’t have an “inputs” button. To change inputs you must go to settings each time. Other than that, this tv has lasted a year now of being used heavily and no issues have appeared.

I use this TV wall mounted under my covered patio. It has excellent features and a good picture. The streaming capabilities are excellent with fire built in and a voice remote. The sound is much better than I expected and it performs great.

Over the years I've bought various Insignia products. And I've never been disappointed. This TV is no different. Great picture. Great sound. Great features. And bought it on sale for even a better value. Highly recommended!

For an inexpensive tv, this works quite well. Very good picture when viewing straight on, from angles not so great. The Fire TV Recast sends everything to this set over wi-fi with no cabling of any kind attached. It's a keeper.

great picture!! we got 2 of them for the kids rooms and they work amazing!!! the are abe to use the alexia to control out house and see who's at the front door without having to go to the front of the house!

We actually have 2 of these TV’s for our game room and they are awesome. Both are smart TV’s so we can watch Netflix even though we don’t have a tv box with it. The first one was so nice that we bought another one.

I definitely recommend this tv if you’re looking for an affordable smart tv. I have been completely satisfied with my purchase, I have not had any issues with it. The quality of the big screen tv is great the HD pops for sure. I love it!

We LOVE this TV. It took us quite awhile to make a decision as we already owned several Amazon Fire Sticks for our home but this has made streaming even easier and the 4K viewing experience is top notch, not to mention a great price at Best Buy!

Enjoying my new TV. Still trying figure out the remote though. Cut the cable two years ago, this replaces it nicely. Have train tracks right by me and they disrupt the antenna signal. no problem with the fire TV trains go by I still have a signal

Good picture no complaints on performance. Would give 5 stars but sound could be a little better have to usually have it set to 50 most movies. Also the ads when you pause in app can get annoying. But overall really great value for the price.
