I own several Insignia brand tv's and I like the performance of each. I have had no major issues with any of them. That said my biggest dislike of this set is the Amazon interface. And along with that the remote. No, Alexa is not a part of my life. I guess I should have checked that out before my purchase. I am not a cable subscriber and watch broadcast via antenna. Everything else via ROKU. I would recommend the TV at the price I bought it but personally would avoid the interface unless you are already a big Amazon fan

This is my first smart TV and my first Alexa tv! So far, I love it - beautiful picture, great sound, and I get a kick out of telling it to play 60s music or go to Netflix. :)

I purchased the TV on sale in-store. I have been a fan of the Amazon Fire Stick, on not a big fan of other “Smart TV” manufactures. With other brands I struggle with apps crashing or not working properly. As expected, the built in Fire Stick Technology worked great! The 4K is nice, and the screen quality is really good, for the price. I use an over the air antenna for 4K and am comparing the quality to a 65” Toshiba purchased from the Magnolia store inside Best Buy. Overall, a great purchase.

Needed a new family room tv and this was a good option for what we needed. The fire tv built in has been as good as a stand-alone device.

Bought it to replace my old LED TV that had died after 6 years. Was a good buy and an upgrade to what I had. No problems so far, hope it last longer then the last one.

We already had brackets to hang the TV up I want to. The TV looks great in the bedroom it was a perfect size. This is the first 4K TV we've ever had and we are very happy with it.

The wife and I was going to buy one TV but ended up buying two. The price was the best and picture quality was excellent. The install was very simply. Thank u Best Buy

This was a great TV for my home office. Not as big as I would put in the family room, but more than enough for watching sports or streaming when I’m stuck working from home.

This was my very first SmartTV purchase! Love this tv, although a year later the sound periodically goes in and out. Considering a soundbar to patch that issue. Skmetimes the picture freezes/delays. Quite possible the batteries need replacing. Jnboxing required a YouTube watch to complete as the power outlet is tucked away in the back. Comparison: I have a 55inch Samsung now(as an upgrade) and Im sorely disappointed with it. No voice remote nor IMBD as with this TV. Wound up needing to connect a FireStick to get the same experience with this one. Wish it came in a 65inch, please?

This was a very easy setup and has a great picture. Amazon interface is exactly what you would expect if you have used one of their other fire TV devices.

I replaced an 11 year old Hitachi. Picture looks great and the wifi linked quickly to my home internet. I already had an Amazon account. It was easy to sign in.

This TV is everything you'd expect from Amazon plus TV and way faster than a fire TV stick the only downside is that there's no dynamic range on this TV but the picture is decent

I am very happy with my Tv. Set up was a breeze and the view is amazing.. Wish the sound was a little better but other than that I’m satisfied!

Comes with Alexa remote with Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. access buttons for navigating easily. Nice size for small to medium rooms. We love it; so far so good!

The price was right! Had a little trouble getting it all set up. All the built in features like Hulu,Netflix, etc not what I was needing but my kids thought it was the bomb.

This 4K tv is awesome, and the fact that it’s a fire tv makes even better and easy to use. Also got it with a great deal that included a free echo dot 3rd gen

This item was a gift for my brother and he says he has enjoyed it quite a bit. It was decent upgrade from his very old 1080p 32" Vizio he had.

After 1 month review it was and easy setup and connecting the dot to the tv. I gave it a 4 four because it’s new and maybe maybe there is an issue later in.

Bought this for my daughter to use in her room and she loves being able to connect it to her echo dot. Set up was simple and she was streaming Hulu within minutes.

TV for the price is amazing. HDR range isn't as good as I thought though. Refresh rate for higher fps video isn't very stable, slight stutters. AMAZING for the price.
