Awesome tv! I brought it for my 15yr old son. Unfortunately he does not use it to its full potential but tje picture is great.

This smart tv is great for the price! Do not Luke the remote without numbers to change the channel, but Alexa is a bonus!

Thin, light-weight, no borders making the screen size bigger yet the cabinet is smaller than most 42" units. Many excellent features.

Purchased this tv to stream content while on long bike Trainer rides in the pain cave. Works great and picture quality is good.

The 43" Insignia television looked and worked fine. It was on and in use for approximately 8-12 hours a day, 7 days a week for one year. At a few days short of one year from the day of purchase the screen suddenly went black. However you could make out faint images on the screen if the room was very dark and you looked at it very close up. I had purchased the 5 year protection plan through Best Buy but it was less than a year old so it was covered under the manufacturers warrenty. When the Best Buy tech came to repair it he realized they had shipped the wrong part to my house to facilitate the repair. I ended up getting store credit for the full purchase price of the television as well as the 4 years remaining on my 5 year protection plan. I ended up replacing the 43" Insignia television with a 50" Insignia television plus a new 5 year protection plan for only $50 more. Although it was a bit of an inconvenience because the original television died I ended up with a bigger television for a few more bucks and Best Buy made the entire process as painless as possible.

I loved the 55 inch version so much i purchased this 43 inch version for the bedroom. Picture quality is great and very crisp.
