I have to use a rotor to get all the channels, but I need to re-scan each time the antenna is turned, then I lose all the other channels. It doesn't add channels when it's re-scanned. Also, can't manually put in a channel number and have it search for channel then add it. If the channel wasn't found during a scan, it won't find it. Also, there's no guide for all channels, and you can't look at what programs are coming on next on a channel. The channel strength indicator works well, unless the signal isn't coming in good, then it flashes off the screen before you can use it to try to find the correct position. They obviously never tested this TV outside a city environment with Antenna. Only in urban area or with cable / satellite. If you live in a rural area, I would not recommend this TV.

Great TV, at a Great Price

They are great budget TV and they last forever. My older Insignia TVs have lasted a really long time. This one was purchased for my daughter to use in her dorm room. She watches movies and plays her PS4 on it. It works great for her use!

Some of the smart tv's I've owned (Panasonic and LG) have had issues with shutting off while watching or going black screen. This one has been working fine since I purchased it last June.

Audio output is 3.5mm so requires adapter to convert to RCA. When connected to PC from Display Port to HDMI the video is great but the audio didn't come through. Confirmed PC and cable are working on another TV... Used the PC audio output to feed stereo system to make using PC fully functional.

I think I might have been charged to much. The tv was on sale for less than I paid for it also I paid two charges for the installation. I though my agreement cover part of this
