The online description is Full HD. However the one I received doesn't have HD on the box or quick setup guide. I have call twice tonight to see if it is the same tv I purchased, and both times the person hung up on me!!! I has the same model # but doesn't state that it's an HD I'm 67 so maybe this is how things have changed at BB but all previous tv I have purchased have HD on box and guide,
