It's a TV and it works but picture quality is meh and the mounting pattern is 400x200 which is insane for a TV this size.

I Don't know if it got Broke before the Shipping people got it or the Warehouse Workers broke it but I do No THAT it Was Upsetting to Receive a TV that I have All Ready Payed for and it's All BROKEN Before I Can Even Enjoy it !!!!! Not Happy .... But I Did get a hold of Someone at Best Buy and she said that were so very Sorry that You Received A Broken TV and We will be getting You Another TV sent to By Friday ...So that was Good ... But still not to Happy

Poor display

Original packaging says 43 in led 1080p 60hz, nothing about HD. TV broadcasts in 720p only. Vertical motion waves on most scenes with any action. I have 2- 24 in Insignia tv's. that put this tv to shame. That,s the reason I bought this tv. High expectations poor results with this product. Something is not right. Would like to exchange for a real HD tv but don,t want the run around. Very disappointed and lost faith in Best Buy Insignia

We realize that getting a quality picture is very important for you and so, I would like to mention that the TV can display up to 1080p at 60 Hz, but if the signal received is lower, then it will show a lower resolution. This means that the resolution depends on the signal being received and not the TV itself. Poor Sound and Picture Quality

Didn't open the box which was delivered for a few days due to COVID. After installation decided to return but Best Buy is not taking it back because we are late by 7 days (return window). Really? Best Buy not ready to waive this even in the COVID situation.
