We wanted a "non-smart" TV, prefer to have. control over who/what is listening to our conversations. The picture is great, we like the size. The Fram is not wide so one gets the maximum size picture you can with this TV.

I love this TV so much! The quality of the pictures of it and the sound is amazing! I have had this TV for over 2 years with no problems.

I bought this TV when it was on sale. I should've spent the extra money and bought a better TV. The picture is good. So far one problem we've had is it started turning off and on by itself. We ended up having to do a reset with the TV remote. The sound is ok. This TV is set up in the living room. Depending on whos watching and other noises going on, such as dishwasher , washing machine, people talking, etc. It could be ok or up almost all the way. The sound varies also depending on what is being watched also. The voices are quiet, the action is loud. So are commercials. I got a Bluetooth adapter for a Bluetooth speaker. I think I'm going to end up getting a sound bar. The price for this TV may have been good but not sure if it's well spent. May it would be better off in a bedroom.

Purchase this tv for my sons room because he had outgrown his 32 inch. The picture quality is amazing and it was so easy to mount. The sound is very clear and the price was great! Would definitely recommend!

I was warned it was not a smart TV (hence the price). But this is 2020 and all TVs should have audio that doesn't fluctuate when changing channels or going to commercials. After much fiddling, the picture is good. The program directory lists only the current program and the next program and only details the current program. The old unit being replaced gave 4 to 8 hours of program listings and detailed all programs listed and was instant on. When you turn this one on it takes 7-8 seconds for the picture to come up but they use that time to advertise the Best Buy brand. Overall, I feel that it is an adequate TV for the price. I try never to recommend. It either works for me in my life or it doesn't. You have to make your own decision. (Check size B4 buying, the 43 inch replaces a 32 inch and is a little big for the room)

This was purchased for my guest bedroom and the two guests that have stayed in there have truly loved and commented on what a clear pic this tv has... they both said they were going to go check them out at Best Buy!

This TV has wonderful clarity, color and sound. It is a great value for what we paid!! We would absolutely buy again!! Easy set up. Shipping was quick!! Arrived in perfect condition. Super happy with this TV!!

Bought this tv on sale for my wife’s parents since their little 32” Element tv stopped only after 6 months of use. The price was great and they love how clear the picture is so glad I picked this one up for them.

This was bought as a gift for my daughter. She wanted a non smart tv. This fit the bill perfectly. Beautiful, clear picture. I did get her a sound bar also, so I can’t comment on the sound quality of the tv.

Bought an insignia a little over a year ago. Wanted another. Purchased this one thinking it was the same thing (same brand and size) but it's a little different. Works great. Sounds great. Picture is good.

For the price this tv works great. I bought it to go on the patio out of the elements. It was an open box item that was in like new condition. I would buy another if I could find one for the kids rooms.

Was looking for a replacement for a broken tv, did not need anything fancy. This tv arrived on time, looks great, easy to setup and added smart functions with a roku stick, Cannot beat price / feature ratio.

This was my 16yr old son's purchase on my account. He bought it to watch Netflix, Youtube videos, etc. on. He said that he's happy with the purchase. The picture is crisp and the purchase was a good value.

it is bigger than I expected. The picture is so bright and clear. Some of my friends were awed by it. They couldn't believe I got such a good deal. If it were to break, I would definitely buy another one.

At this price point, you’re not going to find 4K UHD or smart platforms. However, this model does what you expect a tv to do and it does it well. The product quality is much better than expected.

This tv screen quality is amazing. Truly enjoy behind the price. I have another insignia brand that is a smart tv, i wish this tv came with that option, but I use my firestick.

The delivery was quick and easy. The TV first great in my bedroom, not too big but not too small looking on the wall. The picture & sound quality are also great. I recommend!

We needed a larger screen TV to use in our workout area. It was easy to set up and attached to our exiting mount with no problem. May be older tech, but the image looks great.

Bought this Tv a couple months ago for the bedroom and has been great. Don’t need it to do much just use while in bed. Good sound and picture. For the price you can’t go wrong.
