The quick charge port is great, but the lower tier cannot even charge a small electonic. Secobd time I've bought one of these power bricks, first I payed 80+ had the same issue. This one for some reason I thought they would have improved. I was sorely wrong. A 5$ 3 prong plug with your original power will do you better. If I had the box and what not I would return it.
