I was very happily surprised by the quality of this lens cap. It was sturdy, fit well and works perfectly. A bargain and i did not have to purchase a used cap at same or higher price. In fact, so far all the aftermarket photo equipment i have purchased at BEST BUY has been a super value ans very high quality.

I bought this for my canon 35mm camera. Somehow, I manage to lose mine and I wasn’t sure that this was the right fit. It was and I was please because the lens cap helps to protect your camera lens. If your lens get broken your camera is doomed unless you have another lens. This cap was perfect.

I lost the original cap to my 50mm lens. Bought this shortly after and I'm extremely happy with it. It works and fits perfectly. On top of that, it's inexpensive and looks pretty cool!

A hole is included for loss-proof. String is not included though. Very stiff. Cap won't accidentally fall off from the lens.

I wondered, how do you check if this or any cap fits? Is it specially formatted as sony always does? nope. Check the screw filter size, on both the 50mm 1.4ef and the 28mm 2.0ef they are both interchangeable and 49mm. I lost my cap riding through a hurricane flood filming with a stabilizer, so that's lost I thought. Best buy had this on clearance, $2 vs $12-15 plus tax on amazon etc for the "real" one. No thanks, this is perfect. It fits tightly and well, nothing cheap interestingly about it.

It happens. You lose something like a lens cap. This cap fits our canon lenses perfectly for a fraction of the cost. So when it happens, here is the fix.

This lens cap fit my Canon 50mm lens perfectly after I lost the original lens cap. It works well and doesn't fall off easily. Also, the price was reasonable.

This is a must-have accessory that helps protect my camera lens from getting scratches from dust and whatnot. I wish they came with other materials (metal) or colors (silver) to complement my camera better.

The lens cap for the Canon SX50 broke. I measured it, and found it to be a 52mm. I purchased a 52mm cap, but it was too large. It measured 55mm instead of 52mm. On a whim, I checked again with Best Buy to see if they had a smaller one and found a 49mm. I had the clerk measure it, and he said it appeared to be 52mm. I bought it. It fit! Yeah!

I needed a new cap after losing mine for my 50mm canon lens and it fit perfectly and is helping prevent all the dust amongst other things that could damage your lens. Highly encourage you to have a cap on all your lens

i keep misplacing things and it helps if i get a bunch ,, to have them all over the place .. and this fits perfect with my lens ,, as all the other ingisna covers i have bought of different sizes too ..

Although my lens cap was suitable. The insignia does a pretty good job protecting my camera from dust and scratches. I like the fact that it's spring loaded and very easy to put on and take off the camera.

Fits true to specifications. Fits flat to lens and feels secure.
