(For new lens camera users- make sure to look at the size of your lens before venturing to purchase. A 49mm may fit on a large lens and a 52mm may fit on a pancake or flatter lens)

It doesn’t fall off. You do have to make an effort to squeeze to release the cap. Not that great I’m keeping dust off of the ones though. But it’ll do
