I've bought a few items from best buy and not ones did any of your employees mention the total tech membership. But what they did offer was coverage on each item individual that I bought. Last item i bought was a 85in tv. I went back a few days later to get a warranty that's when that employee informed me about that program. Which I bought but not before spending hundreds of dollars on individual items.

I reformatted on camera again (same problem, worse on camera, not on MAC) and then on Mac (where it worked on my mac but then didn't get recognized by the camera). I called SD card tech support who stated it was the camera. I tried Insignia tech support who didn't know what to do. Will have to return.
