Its working great but it was bended when we pull off the box from it and the basket was missing.

My fiancé wanted a freezer nothing to big or too little. This one is perfect size and very roomy!!! We are very happy with it.

Great item if you need space at home. It has been working great for us and if you are in need of a small freezer with little cost this is the one to buy.

Pros: Ample storage, clean, not bulky. Cons: No auto defrost (adds cost to your freezer) lacks additional removable baskets

The freezer was boxed and packaged nicely, surprised of how it got damaged before boxing it. I question the quality control.

I found Damage in the back and right side but I don’t have time to exchange it Anyway the freezer is working good .

After 5 days on the max setting, the inside temperature is still above freezing. You get what you pay for I guess. Would not recommend and will be returning this ASAP.

I originally purchased this freezer because we have to defrost our Samsung refrigerator to have it repaired, and I needed somewhere to put all the food from the freezer. As it turns out, the purchase was somewhat fortuitous, given what's going on. This freezer actually has more storage space than I anticipated and I have been able to fit enough frozen food to feed our family of 4 for at least several weeks. It is surprisingly lightweight, easy to set up (plug in and set cold setting 1/2 way between OFF and MAX, instructions even I can follow). And so far it's done it's job keeping the food frozen. Plus the price was very good - I figured it's a freezer, who cares what brand it is as long as it freezes things.

Freeze came with dents on the top lid. It's an absolute eye sore. I didn't have time to take it back and attempt a replacement. Horrible experience.

We kept over filling our regular refrigerator so this has made our lives much easier. We have this basically in the kitchen and it makes storing frozen food items easier. Anytime there is a sale we no longer have to worry about buying too much and running out of room. It was on sale when we bought it which made it a good deal. It has been quiet and the food has been kept at a great temp. They reminded us since we transported it home on its side to let it sit upright for a day before turning it on. And make sure to leave some space on all sides from the wall.

We bought this on sale online as a small secondary freezer to have in addition to our 22 cubic foot Frigidaire chest freezer that was too full. I picked it up at the store and hauled it home in the back of my old compact car station wagon, laying it on its side. I carried it into the house by myself (I'm 70+ years old) and unpacked it and left it sit upright for a day and a half (very important). I plugged it in and saw the power light come on. It runs very quietly. The temperature control was set halfway between max and min. After several hours I checked the temperature inside with my own thermometer. It was several degrees below zero Fahrenheit (very nice). We've had it over a month now and are pleased with it. It is nice and compact and fits nicely in the little space we had for it. Treat the inside lining gently so that you don't scratch it or otherwise damage it. I am very glad we bought it when we did.

Nothing too complicated. Set it and plug it in. It does the job because my ice cream is nice and frozen. It's also light and easy to carry especially with the straps around the package. Got it on sale for $99 so I got a great deal. Also saw 7.0 for $119 but 5.0 is a good size for me. Last freezer lasted 11 years

Works perfect since I first plugged it in. Runs very quiet if it wasn’t for the light on the bottom front I wouldn’t know if it was on. Set the coolness to about half way and it keeps everything frozen. We had that snow storm our power was out for two days and this little freezer kept everything ice cold the hole time. Didn’t open it until the power came back on so I was surprised to see everything was still frozen. Very convenient, Doesn’t take up much space and handy to sit stuff on top of it. Very pretty too beautiful white textured paint. Another Plus is when you do open it the cold stays in not like a typical freezer. Sips power very economical. Holds a lot of stuff. I’m very happy with this purchase would highly recommended to friends and family.

I bought this freezer because the one above my refrigerator wasn't big enough. This definitely works for me. It's small enough to fit well in my fairly small kitchen, but it has plenty of room for my food. I've had it for a month and it has worked great since day one. It maintains a temp between -7, and -2, with no problem and I don't have it set at max. The price is great also! I'd recommend this with no hesitation.

My refrigerator freezer broke and I made a rush purchase. The price was right and the shape it has fit down my narrow cellar stairs. I have used it now for about two weeks and find it works well reaching a temperature of 22 degrees F. Was pleased to find that it is light enough to carry and held more than I expected. Since it is tall and not wide it takes little floor space. The trade off, the food at the bottom is harder to reach . Perhaps you already know that it is not frost free and has to be defrosted periodically. I did not think of it. For all of this, these small inconveniences, I would buy it again.

Needed more freezer space but with most family gone we did not need the huge rectangular coffin. This is just the right size, takes up less space than we thought, and holds more than the freezer on our primary fridge. That it runs quietly and was very inexpensive are bonuses. Great purchase, glad we bought it.
