It looks like something in the warehouse crunched it and was overlooked and then packaged up. Just one of those things. Not going to return it, not that bothered by it.

Great value and price

We plugged in right when we got home and took 4 hours to become totally chill. Has a nice holding rack for veggies and other small items and plenty of depth for storage of meat.

I got it on sale so I was super happy about it! Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it came with dents even though I picked up from store. The cord was also stuck and I had to open side panel to get it out and the cord had a red paint and it was scraped. Other than that 5 stars!

This is the best investment that I did. This one have all the features than the others in the same category, plus the light inside it that helps to see the food on it. Additionally, its very silent, even in the colder mode. No regrets on this purchase.
