Great, small cooler! So far so good with keeping extra sauces made from my garden frozen and bags of ice. My unit is in my garage and I live in the south so it’s pretty hot here

This freezer was purchased for use as secondary storage for small frozen items and desert products. Using for the past month it has kept items frozen as we like it. Not opened as often as the refrigerator freezer. I like the light inside the lid, provides plenty of light

Received delivery Friday Apr 2nd mid day. Per the directions, I let it sit for 2hrs prior to plugging it in. I loaded the freezer 12hrs later with rock solid frozen food. Later, I went to get ice cream and noticed the container was soft. I started inspecting more items and noticed other items were unthawing. I thought turning the thermostat higher would be better than the initial setting in the middle. Mon Apr 5th (3 days after delivery) more food had unthawed/basket items were only a light chill. I had to remove all items that were not directly touching the base or lower walls in order to keep the remaining items frozen until I can inconveniently find another location/option where I can store my food before it all goes bad. It's on hardwood and in an open space - Frustrating to say the least!
