Freezes well, lamp doesn’t work.

The freezer seems to work well, and it is quiet. However the lamp did not work, straight out of the box. On closer inspection the led strip was poorly soldered.

Haven’t plugged it up yet but have opened it up. Got home to discover it has some damage but not too bad no damage to the box but does to the freezer . I will update my review once I plug it up and see how it does. Nice little deep freezer just hate that I paid $189 plus taxes for it to be damaged. So for now only rating 4 stars until I know how it works.

I bought it on New Years Eve and have had no issues since. It’s so quiet! Thus you barely notice it’s there. I have no regrets with this purchase.

So it's not a cosmetic image problem for me it's worrying that the right dent mark may cause issues with the function. Will plug in and see if it functions properly. Will change my recommendation after I see if it's OK. Was excited I finally got a unit but concerned now.
