So it's not a cosmetic image problem for me it's worrying that the right dent mark may cause issues with the function. Will plug in and see if it functions properly. Will change my recommendation after I see if it's OK. Was excited I finally got a unit but concerned now.

Temperature knob broken!

Waited the time the instructions said to let the freezer sit. So then I plug it up. I didn't bother to trim the dial to Max because it was already turned that way when I plugged it up. Should've know something was wrong then. I waited to listen for the sounds the appliances make and waited 2hr for it cool. Go to check on so that I could put items in and it's warm as if it was never turned on. So I begin to turn the dial and it doesn't have a snug rotation. The dial just completely is turning 360 and not turning off when the pointer is on off. Then I was like let me push the dial in because it might not be connected. Did that and still turning 360 so I pull and come to find out the dial is broke. The plastic that surrounds the medal turning knob is broke so it can't grip to turn the knob. This is so frustrating. Brand new freezer but useless because it can't freeze.

Came dented from Best Buy

It seemed as wherever it was stocked in the warehouse, the entire stack was pressed up against the shelving railing. I still have all the packing materials and box just in case there is a leak or it malfunctions. I took pictures see attached to see what I am referring to. At this point, probably makes no sense to have it replaced, but if Best Buy would issue me a quality credit from the purchase or a gift card, that would be acceptable form of making things right.
