This is my second of the exact same freezer, although this is the newest generation. My first one has been great but with us purchasing a 1/4 cow, we needed more room. As expected, this one in it's short time has been great. Talked my in-laws into buying the same one.

When I picked it up as the man was putting it in the back of my van he dropped it and it has a dent on the right side with an obvious it hasn't affected you know the performance you know how it's working and everything it works great it's just he wasn't careful

Very pleased with this freezer looking forward to using it for years to come. Great service through Best Buy who had it ready for pick up and loaded it up for me without even asking. The packaging was great and the product was in mint condition.

This freezer works very well but the item came with a dent which is very disappointing. I saw it fall at the store while the Best Buy representative was trying to bring it from their store. I don’t want to go through the stress of returning.

It’s small but just what I need for a small space. I have an upright freezer but wanted something to use for my garden vegetables and things I’m stocking up on due to the pandemic.
