Super cool I like easy too use and comfortable good inside and outside

Purchased this as extra freezer storage to use for singlehousehold. Fairly deep and consistent temperature, would highly recommend if needed.

Works great! I am very happy about my purchase. The only downside is that it does not have a thermometer. Purchased one on Amazon for like 9 bucks. I would highly recommend. Good value for the price.

I picked this freezer up from the store because there were several reviews that said the freezer was delivered with dents. Well when I got mine home it was dented as well. I tried to call the store and got redirected to customer service who said to take it back for exchange. I'm not going through the trouble of getting a truck, and driving back and forth again to exchange it! I'll just put up with the dents!

My wife and I love our new deep freezer. We keep it in our master bedroom, it serves its purpose by keeping our products frozen. I’d recommend it to my family and friends.

Perfect freezer to complement existing refrigerator and flat freezer appliances. It was easy to setup and looks great!

Does what its supposed to do. What can a chest freezer do to dazzle you? Get cold fast, abd that's what this one does. Gets cold fast.

This is a nice little freezer, however the bottom of the inside is easily dented and a hole poked in it. A jug of apple cider fell and it looked like it was just dented but as I reached down there I noticed it was actually a hole.

The Price was just right , the freezer fits perfectly

So far so good. Went on sale the next week for 20 less though. We pray this last us over the next twenty years.

I got this item damage in led but I still used because I needed but before they send need to check one’s time item good or bad I am not happy on this item

Two courteous gentleman brought my freezer. Justin (I believe his name was) took a couple pics of some damage that he noticed once setting it up.

Loving my freezer, just the rite size. Fit perfect in our laundry room. Yes I will recommend this to anyone.

Beware OF BUY ONLINE AND PICK UP IN STORE Saint Johns Town Center Purchased this freezer online. Sunday march 28th 2021. Advertised and sold to me as new. Picked up in the st johns town center store Monday march 29 2021. When I reached home opened the box what I received was either a floor model or used freezer. Damaged on the outside front top and bottom. Also damaged on the left side top and bottom Scratched and or scuffed. Missing paint. This is a white freezer with black markings on the outside. We immediately called the st johns town center location to speak with someone and we were hung up on ! Next call back while speaking to customer service we were mysteriously disconnected. Now on out 3rd attempt to speak to someone about this. I have been a best buy member for years and I have spent thousands with this company. I have never had something like this happen to me. So i will assume this is something exclusively attached to the saint johns town center location. I hope to hear from a rep soon to remedy this situation. I will update this review when and if there is better news.

The freezer model may be fine but the one I received with curbside pickup was not. Black scuff marks on and around the interior light and on the outside control panel. The back right corner is dented in. Several little dents on the interior lining, one is actually a bump rather than a dent. And the power cord was manhandled into the rear cavity, all tangled up, stuck and wrapped around a refrigerant line. Then, while fishing the power line out I noticed something really off putting- there is a corroded line coming out of the compressor. No idea how something like this can be sold new. Huge failure of quality control somewhere. I called to complain and they wont send an order to pick it up, nor will they send me a replacement. I have to lug this thing back up the stairs, get it back in the box, borrow a truck again, lift it into the truck, then take a big chunk out of my day to drive over to Best Buy and return it in store. And of course I get to go inside and have plenty of close contact in the process; something I was trying to avoid by doing curbside in the first place. But hey, they did offer me a whopping 10% ($13) discount to keep it! Not even the price of an open box model. Terrible experience.
