Back of freezer was bent to far away to return the box was dented they should of check product before delivery since box was damaged. Just have to live with it I think they should of at the very least should of done a price adjustment but unable to contact store.

Arrived with a dent in the lid. I called about it and nothing was done!! The freezer seems fine but customer service could use some upgrades! I recommend going through another company that values their customers!

This product is good so far but came damaged.
My friends bought one and theirs also was damaged. The package was fine but the freezer has a dent in it which means it probably happened at the factory prior to boxing up.

Brand new from the store and it had several dents all over it. Aside from that it does freeze and that’s all you can really ask for in a good quality freezer.

Had for close to 2 weeks. I like to collect frozen meats and goods when they are on sale and store them. I feel like for myself I need at least maybe a 7.0 cu/ft. Thought i would give this one a try but just didn’t fit the bill. Personally for my needs. But for the average person this maybe for you. Idk. Overall it’s a good unit gets to about a max of -11 Celsius. Really quiet. Will be looking to exchange if possible for a bigger unit. Thanks!

Not sure how it will work but it arrived damaged. I tried many times to get this rectified with customer service but was shifted around, and disconnect several times after waiting for a total of 2 hours on the phone. It is a good size but the interior basket caused damage on the inside of the lid. I would recommend this as a supplemental freezer for a small space but know if you have any issues Best Buy will not help you.

I am very frustrated with this. I purchased the freezer and brought it home to find it was dented in the lower left corner. Dented to an extent it wouldn’t stand straight up. Best Buy scheduled a replacement, but the new one from the truck was also dented in the same way! I went to the store today myself to get a third freezer and it was also dented in the exact same way! They are not packed with enough styrofoam around the bottom corner, or maybe a batch of them were mishandled! Three freezers from three different Best Buy stores all dented in the same way!
Unfortunately the other brands are on 3-4 week back order.
Best Buy has been good about it so far, offering replacements and refunds. But it’s a big hassle to deal with and I just want a freezer!

I received damage item. Inside handle of deep freezer was damage and the outside corner had a dent at the bottom. Customers service rep offered 10% credit and advised item arrived from the warehouse this way.

Very disappointed with this freezer, it went off three times so far since we purchased it in Feb.
Moreover, it doesn’t freeze well as in many occasions I could see the fruits were leaking from the bag they were kept it.

I’m so disappointed that I am unable to use this freezer! I used curbside pickup which was pretty awesome. However, once I got it home I waited 6 hrs before attempting to plug it in. Well I never even made it to the plugging in part because when I tried to turn the knob to the off position it just swirled around loosely. Then I remembered one of the reviews I had read with the same problem! Sure enough when I pulled the knob out (which it was already practically hanging) the inner piece was broken. I’m returning it tomorrow! This is so disappointing!
