It has been installed for a little over a month now. Items are frizen, no excessive buildup of ice yet. Happy with the item so far. Easy to install by myself.

It took countless number of calls before I received the correct on line order, which didn't make me happy at all. But once I received my Insignia Chest Freezer, it did not disappoint. It was perfect to freeze pre-cooked dishes and for me to bake them later.

First freezer I picked up looked like the size was caved in by a forklift. Loaded it back up and took it back, they replaced it immediately! Freezer was great, just took 2 tries to get one undamgex.

Deep freezer

I wish I would haven went with an upright one since this freezer is deep, it’s not ideal for frequent use, I’m always digging to find things. It does have a small basket inside which is a nice addition.
