I am soooooo happy I decided to purchase this freezer. The entire experience from ordering to pickup was amazing. This was also the best price freezer on the market. If you are thinking rather or not to purchase , DO NOT HESITATE! The freezer is nice especially because it has a light on the inside to help you find what you are looking for. It is likely helpful for those who want to place this in a dark area. Also, it is the perfect size and can fit lots of food. Because my freezer is in a common area, I purchased some contact paper to give it a little bit more life.

ran out of room in my other deep freezer and needed something just for fruits and veggies and maybe some ice cream. This is 5 cu ft and suits our needs perfectly. As soon as we plugged it in it was ice cold in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Only 1 week of ownership, so take that into account, but I have had zero issues so far. I picked it up at the store and with a little trepidation opened up the box in my garage, hoping that it wasn't dented. Thankfully It was pristine and has worked perfectly. Talk about quiet! If not for the blue LED power light I couldn't tell if it was even working! What a relief not having to stuff our kitchen fridge to the gills anymore. We just had a 9 hour power outage in our area but it kept everything frozen solid. VERY happy so far, but will update if anything bad happens.

I purchased a 5.0 Insigna chest type deep freezer, I was skeptical when I first got it because I was not familiar with this brand, but when I got it home and saw how easy it was to set up I was very impressed.I live in an apartment and there's not a lot of spare space but this freezer fits perfectly beside my China cabinet and it looks great too. The price is also great I saved $150.00 on this freezer compared to another brand that I was looking at,same size and color looked the same the only difference was the name.So as you can see I am loving this freezer twice as much as any other. I have had it since 5/22/2020 and have not had any problem It is truly a great little freezer.

It is the right size and the right price. We caught it on sale for less than $200. We havent had any problems thus far and it's been about 1 month. We read previous reviews about waiting 24h before plugging it in if laid on it's side. Because it had to be slightly tilted in the vanJust to be on the safe side, we waited 2 days before plugging it in. I love the fact that it has a light on the lid.

Nice and compact, quiet, fits perfect in the space I had for it and is keeping my honey frames nice and frozen till I collect more.

Great little freezer. The perfect size for a small family of three. It fits perfectly next to my washer and dryer. It even has a light and a basket.

It's a perfect fit for my corner in the dinning area. It holds just the right amount of food. I love the light on the door when opening the freezer. The temperature' are adjustable. Very easy to relocate if need be... Great buy!!

Good small freezer, useful if you want to store a little more meat than you can fit in the refrigerator. One year and it is still in perfect working order.

We bought our 5.0 cubic ft. INSIGNIA Chest Freezer just before New Years as we needed more room for 1/3 of a beef cow. Looking at the freezer on the show room, we were concerned it might not be big enough, but with only the two of us we took our chances. We loaded the beef in and were shocked to learn we still had half a freezer left. Since, we have commented it is the best fit for us, everything stays frozen solid better than our side by side and doesnt take up valuable space. Also things are very easy to reach for a 5 ft. 3 me.

We were looking for a small freezer that would be able to put in our kitchen alongside our refrigerator so far this has been one of the best purchases I have made in a very long time I have room in my Refrigerated now I’m able to put ice cream and other small items in my refrigerator the large items like my crab legs, steaks, hamburger Goes right in the freezer it fits very well in my kitchen the only thing I wish that it would have came in stainless so it can match the rest of my appliances in my kitchen. I Have recommended this to my friend she also brought one same time that I did and she also is in love with it

Purchased last month to use in the garage. Plugged in, super cold right away, runs great, and super quiet! Small dent on the front after unpacking, seems this is a common problem but it’s cosmetic only. Very happy with my purchase!

Happy with the product. Over a month of use and no issues what’s so over. Good amount of space and not loud at all. Good to store breastmilk.

I’ve had mine for over 2 years and it runs perfectly. The gasket is very good quality and seals the lid very well. I’ve manually defrost it once a year and there’s hardly a centimeter of ice build up. That’s great considering my old freezer would build inches of ice to quick. Compressor is very quiet I don’t hear any noises or feel any vibrations. Overall 5.0 cuft is a good size for my 2 person household. Insignia is a Great brand I remember buying my first TV (insignia) and it lasted 10 years until I accidentally broke it. I have a feeling this freezer will last as long if not longer.

Needed a small freezer as I moved into an apartment and there is barely any room in the fridge freezer. This is perfect size for my tiny storage closet on my deck and still have room next to it to put other things. Set up was easy and care free. Had one dent. Only had it for a month or so. Works great so far.

I’ve been using this freezer since 10/09/2025.After a short time of use, a slight “wave”/warp appeared on the top lid panel. Performance is still excellent—quiet, fast pull-down, and steady temps. Hinges and gasket seals evenly, so the wave seems cosmetic only for less than 20 days. If appearance matters, keep an eye on it during the return/exchange window.

Been using this for the almost 3 weeks now without any problems. The size fits the sapce I could set aside in my garage.

Works great. I have it set at less than 1/2 way on the temperature dial, everything is frozen perfectly. 2/3 full right now. Very quiet. Didn't even realize there was an interior light when purchased. Nice feature

This is perfect for reducing shopping trips and I can buy in bulk. It is a perfect size and fits inside my home with easy access. It works fantastic. It was delivered right to my home and the packaging was even taken away. All I had to do was wait the proper time before plugging it in. I would definitely buy again if I needed extra freezer space.
