It is the right size. We have small space but needed a freezer. It stores a good amount. It even has a light on the inside. It's a cute perk.

Good freezer. Seems to hold temp well and is just the right size for us. I gave it 4 stars because of a small dent on the outside of the freezer and a small dent inside the freezer. Neither one seems to be affecting operation. I really like the light in the lid. It comes on when the door is opened and helps to see down into the freezer.

Wanted a small freezer, just two of us. This one is perfect. We got in down the basement without too much trouble, just a little awkward, but not especially heavy. Plugged it in and good to go. It runs quiet. Very pleased with this purchase.

This deep freezer is exactly what I needed. Place in the garage, very quiet, extremely cold and holds a ton of food (family of 3). It was the best value I could find and being an ex employee many years ago let’s just say I may be just a little bit bias.

Bought this with my first stimmy and am very happy! Works great! Froze fast and stays consistent temp. Love the interior light and the power light on the outside to reassure me that it's working. Perfect size for my house of 4. Basket is a good size too

My wife wanted this freezer to sock up on more meet. It doesn't take up to much space and stores a lot of products. Love it. Would definitely recommend. Plus the price could not be beet.

Fit a lot of food in it and very spacious and compact

We bought this freezer to put in our garage apartment. It holds a great deal of food and it works great. Easy to move unloaded. We wanted something that we could keep going with a generator in case of a hurricane, among other appliances. And it serves this purpose.

This freezer is so quiet, I forget it’s there. Compact enough to keep in my home office but spacious enough to keep several extra items that dont fit in our refrigerator/ freezer. Includes LED lighting and a rack that’s easy to slide over to keep your smaller items.

Very nice! Super quiet! Perfect amount of space for a mom and 2 children. Small and portable enough that when the weather gets hotter, I can relocate it out of the garage (where it is currently).

I purchased the Insignia 5.0 cu ft chest freezer. Good freezer for the price. It's very convenient and works great. Provides plenty of space for what I need to freeze. Showed up in great condition also.

So far this freezer has been working great! It's so nice not having to cram extra freezer foods into the refrigerator/freezer. The chest freezer holds a lot of food for the size, and operates quietly. It even has an interior light. Easy pickup at the store, no problems!

Runs quieter than I expected; I don't even hear it but it's keeping everything frozen nicely!

On Black Friday 2019, I bought this unit as I really needed extra room to store my frozen goods. This model attracted me as a good buy due to its perfect size, reasonable price, and reviews. I did go through the reviews and noticed a few of them stating this appliance has stopped working in some way under a year. Well, 6 months later and during the COVID lockdown this freezer completely stopped working and I almost lost all my frozen food. I contacted the geek squad as I bought this originally without an extended warranty. It does come with a one year warranty out of the box. They were very helpful and notified me that the parts to fix it were discontinued and it was better to get a brand new replacement unit as an exchange. However, due to supply and demand, there were only three units near me and I gladly got one of them. It came with a huge crack on the bottom of the inside in which taped up as I couldn't deal with yet another exchange after bringing it home. I found out after opening that I got a newer model compared to my first unit. This one does have a light in the lid which is a nice perk. The size is slightly different compared to the first unit, but not enough to really notice. Overall it does its job and I hope it lasts longer than 6 months. If not, I'll be buying from a reputable brand instead of going through this process all over again.

Freezes up fast and nice light inside . Basket didn’t fit too well inside. it will fall into the freezer with the weight of anything in it but I bent it a bit so it is harder for it to fall in. Quiet works good for the price it’s great

I don't really know what an expensive freezer would do better. I suppose more bells and whistles, but this 5 cu ft freezer is DEAD silent, the temperature adjustment works perfect after you adjust it over a few hours. the light in the lid is very bright.

I live in an apartment and the fridge that they included had the smallest freezer I’ve ever seen, because of this my family has had to limit our frozen products since we moved in (also we never had space for ice cubes). We finally pulled the trigger and bought this freezer and it’s amazing, its not gigantic like i feared, it’s silent, it even has a light that illuminates when you open the door. Couldn’task for more.

Great, small deep freeze that fits perfectly in my garage! I like the indicator light on the outside that lets me know its running. The light on the inside is helpful to see. This product checked all the boxes.

Keeps 5 cubic feet of food cold! Frozen in fact! 5 cubic feet of it! Vegetables, meats, you name it! It's a FREEZER and in fact it freezes things. That's how appliances work. You say what it does and then add "er". Toast-er. Blend-er. Freeze-er. Is this the minimum number of words yet? I'm gonna go get drunk.

The size is good for any location. Easy hook up and light enough to be moved by one person. Just plug up, let it get cold for a day or two, and begin filling the freezer. Mine is in the basement, but quiet enough for anywhere.
