I didn't want something that was big and bulky, so this freezer compliment the space perfectly. It holds the right amount of stuff...and unlike some other freezers, it very quite doesn't make any loud noise.

It doesn’t take up a whole lot of space, it got cold really fast which was nice. It even has a light on the lid it is holding a full month worth of meats and other lunch item I love it

It works very well. it was a great purchase and I recommend it for anyone looking for a good chest freezer.

Picked this up in hurry when our main fridge / freezer broke down and was in need of repairs. Helped us save most of what was in there. Best Buy had it in stock locally, it’s lighter and easier to load in an SUV than you might expect. Cooled down a full load that first night and works perfectly since. Happy with this backup purchase at a value price that now gives us extra capacity going forward!

Runs quieter than I expected; I don't even hear it but it's keeping everything frozen nicely!

Works great! Gets cold, wish it had a built in temp sensor but bought 2, one for the lid and one to go at the bottom and that works.

The freezer is the perfect size for what we were looking for and has been working perfectly. It is quiet and items in the freezer are easily accessible. I would highly recommend this freezer.

When I first looked into this freezer I was nervous never had this brand before and this compacted when I payed for it I saved the receipt because I was doubting if it was good I had it for 3 months now works great no issues no ice buildup no leaking and no damage plus some how it looks a lot bigger in the inside then I thought I recommend this 10/10

Insignia - 5.0 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer is spacious yet small enough to sit in my small New York City kitchen. It's about the size of a standard washer and holds enough product to last a small family of 2 maybe 3 adults for at least couple months. It's a great budget freezer that has a light on the inside of the freezer door and at the base. The base light indicate it's turned on but also works as a night light when I'm navigating through my small kitchen in the dark. The main reason I decided to purchase a deep freezer is to limit the number of trips to the supermarket during the pandemic. However my family found additional benefits from owning a deep freezer such as extending product shelf life. Which is a huge deal during a time when demands are high and product production cannot meet the consumers demand. I am thrilled with my Insignia deep freezer price point and function. My review is based on three weeks of usage. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great freezer for the price. I have been wanting to get a freezer but they have been hard to find in the last year. I don't shop at the store as often (during this pandemic) so I buy more when I go shopping. And freeze more leftovers. My top freezer in my fridge was full. So this freezer works great for me. It's quiet when it's on also.

The freezer has been working great so far! Love the light really comes in handy looking for items in the garage. It is very quiet and is at about -3 degrees fully loaded and at 60% of the high setting.

The Insignia freezer is lightweight enough to carry into the basement. It is very quite and keeps the food at the recommended temperature of 0 degrees F. I am happy with it so far.

Great size lots of room inside runs super quiet and freezes great working well so far 2months I’m very satisfied with purchase hope it lasts a few years. Family of 4 more than enough room!

I love this freezer. It is extremely quiet. I love the light on the inside. It maintains the correct temperature. I keep a refrigerator/freezer thermometer inside so I know the setting is correct.

Item worked from the start and was undamaged in the box. Set-up was easy and it's just the right size for my needs.

I love my deep freezer. It holds lots of food and this is the one I looking for and the price is reasonable to purchase. It's very quiet and keeps all you frozen foods at the required temperature.

I like this freezer. I live in a one bedroom so space was a factor in this purchase. It opens from the top and that was a concern as i thought getting stuff out of the bottom was gonna be a chore but its not. I wouldnt get another freezer without having the top door. Hasnt frozen up on me yet, " ICE ON THE WALL FOR DEFROSTING OR CHIPPING LATER". Thats a good thing. I have a small freezer in my fridge so having this here is very convenient for me. I was going to the store once a week and now i can get over a months worth of frozen food in this freezer. Good purchase for me and im glad its here doing its job well.
