I needed something for my share of the deer meat this year. This freezer is just the right size. Inside and out.

We wanted the perfect freezer. We knew from our research that a chest is better at keeping temperature than a stand-up front opening freezer. It took about two days for the freezer to come to our desired temperature of zero degrees. We had to play with the temperature control a bit to understand where it needed to be set. It has maintained temperature for a month now. You have to be careful not to overfill it. It is very deep and holds a lot. For the price, this is absolutely perfect.

Small yet powerful chest freezer! Lightweight and easy to move around if necessary. I let it rest after installation for a full 24 hours before plugging in and it froze very quickly and is perfect for storing meat packaged and ice.

Dies more than I thought in size perfect fir what I wanted and space

This Insignia 5.0 cu. Ft. Chest Freezer - White is a good choice for me. It has been running very well. This has all the storage that I need from a freezer. I had looked at quite a few chest freezers before I decided to purchase this one. This purchase was worthwhile for me. It was the right size, color, and price. The freezer is easy to use and easy to clean considering the type of freezer that it is - a long reach is needed to clean the bottom of the freezer.

It works great and it is the perfect size for our apartment, this freezer holds a lot of food which works perfectly for my husband & I. I am completely satisfied with our purchase. FYI, we purchased an out of box unit and the only thing missing is one of the legs to balance the freezer however, that is not causing any issues, we will find one and replace it, it has no scratches or dings in our freezer and it's not heavy, my husband carried it by himself.

Works Great, make sure to follow all setup instructions. Has a nice light inside the lid and easy set knob for temp control.

Just what we needed in size and functionality. It is a super freezer for excess food that cannot fit in the refrigerator freezer. Quiet. Quick cold. Lift weight, was easy to pickup in car and set up in house.
