Great size for the price no issues and was able to pickup same day

I’m delighted with my purchase of this product. It’s light, and it was easy to remove it from my SUV’s trunk and install it myself. The space can be used easily if your groceries are well organized inside. Just make sure you don’t lean or place anything against the door so that it doesn’t shift or move out of place, then you’re all set.

Best freezer for price. Nice and quite. Left lid open all night by accident and still ran fine. The light is a bonus

Perfect for my garage. Cooled quickly so was able to put food into it in a a short time. Easy to use basket that is easy to move. Holds the cold temp even in really hot days.

We purchased this during COVID-19. This was the only small size freezer available. We have had it for 1.5 months and are very satisfied with it. It keeps food frozen and it's only set on the midway mark for coldness. We keep it in the garage, which is perfect for us. We wanted the 5 cu ft size, but it was on backorder until July! Amazingly this size has been awesome for our family of 3.

Nice and small for an apartment, quiet and holds alot. Got this freezer just before stay at home order went into effect.

This freezer is exactly what our family of three needed. We bought it to keep in the basement with extra food to save on shopping trips and also to stock up on things we like that may or may not always be available. Our floor us uneven but we leveled the freezer by adjusting the legs. The light is a huge help. The freezer is big enough for our needs yet not so big that it would be difficult to find what we need or for me (5'2") to reach what is at the bottom.

This was the perfect size for my apartment, and I love it. It only took 12 hours to start to freeze things instead of the 24 hours it states. It also is very quiet, I don't hear it running at all. I would highly recommend this freezer.

I bought this online and picked it up from the warehouse. I jumped on the opportunity because the previous days they were sold out and no location near me had it. This is lightweight for a freezer. I am a 5'3" 130lb woman that doesn't exercise, and I was able to take it out my car, bring it out of the garage down to the basement and set it up myself (unpackaged and leveled myself). The one fewer star was due to the fact the freezer was packed with only two adjustable feet/levelers when it should have been four for all four corners. I still finagled it and used some extra ceramic tiles I had to level the freezer. I also called the Insignia company and they are supposed to send me a set of the missing adjustable feet/levelers. Waited an hour and turned it on. It got cold right away and it is already frosting on the sides but I may just have to turn it down (I set it on the middle setting). Considering the price and my need for a freezer, I am very happy with this purchase.

Got this freezer for the great pandemic. All the other freezer brands of this size were sold out everywhere. Had to pick it up at a Best Buy warehouse. Once I brought home and unboxed I found a dent in one side and the bottom corner looked like it was crushed. I called the help line to see if they could deliver me another one and just exchange it. The operator told me I would have to return it to a Best Buy store. I just said forget it and was very disappointed. The hassle of repackaging and returning was just not worth it to me. I figured it’s in the garage so who cares. But the freezer itself is decent. Also it does go below 10 degrees, I was gettin -7 degrees with the setting just past med. The interior light is a nice addition as well. Just one recommendation, inspect it before taking it home. If it were not the poor handling and packaging I would probably have given it a 4 rating.

So far love it, it even has a light in the top! Perfect size for apartment, energy saving appliance and no more stuff falling out of top freezer in refrigerator! Now we don't have to hesitate about buying frozen foods on sale for lack of space. This freezer is well made, blue light on bottom is easy to see to make sure it didn't get unplugged. Control button easy to get to and operate. Got super cold within minutes of plugging in. Manual defrost. Insignia is good brand.

I like everything about this unit. It provides a lot more storage than I was anticipating and the interior light is a fantastic feature I didn’t see on other units. Delivery was on schedule and the guys were friendly, quick and took the cardboard and styrofoam packaging with them. Delivery could not have been easier.

New freezer for my daughter's town house. Fits nicely in the garage and gives her family a little extra freezer space without taking up a bunch of room. Salesmen said it was about the size of the bottom of a drawer freezer on a regular refrigerator, but definitely seems like more, Room for a couple of chickens, whole turkey, some steaks, a tube of hamburger, a cake and a pie (in boxes) with still some room left. I was very impressed the the space

Works great so far. Nice size, nice that it has a light on the inside. No complaints with this freezer.

I am a single person, the size works perfectly for me. Love the interior light. The freezer works great.
