Great little back up/overflow freezer.

Very spacious & bigger on the inside than I expected. Chills very quickly and keeps a consistent temperature. No issues yet

Has a hanging basket ro smaller items and there is a little shelf at the bottom. Plenty of space for lots of items a small family. Great product for the price.

Overall good freezer and the light inside makes it convenient too see. This Freezer came in good use during these difficult times of conv-19. The only thing is that you need a temperature gauge, other than that everything is perfect for my needs.

It's good but came dented

It had sat for the two hours recommended in the manual and has been plugged in for just over two hours now and is getting colder. My only problem is there's a HUGE dent in the lid of it when it was unboxed. You can tell from where the dent is that it was from the factory. I know this freezer doesn't "cost much", but when you're on a tight budget and save up for it, it's a huge bummer to open up and see.

The price was very reasonable. If I had thought it through more I may have opted for a stand up style just for the convenience but I am happy with my purchase.

We wanted a reasonably sized freezer that wasn't too big and found this one. Great value. Holds a surprising amount of food. Makes our Costco trips actually make sense. A lifesaver during the pandemic to have an extra freezer to keep our grocery trips to a minimum.

Cooled down fast and runs quiet. Only issue is there is a 2 inch circle of condensation on the front face of the unit where there must be a void in insulation. Insignia product support suggested I could return unit for another but removing and storing frozen food, repackaging unit and renting a truck to transport back to store made it too much hassle. Probably just an isolated problem, so I would still recommend this freezer. Store staff was great.

My husband and I needed extra space because our side/side does not hold a lot of frozen foods. This allows us to bulk shop and eliminate frequent market routes. It’s also not a eye soar!!
