I had to wait till they came back in stock... ordered on day and delivered the next. Delivery guys were in and out... set it up... all within 5 mins. It’s so quiet.. in the beginning I kept checking to make sure it was on. Now I am aware of the little hum when it’s on. Definitely worth getting. Happy with the purchase (love that light)

It fits perfect in my small dining room but is still big enough to hold the extra food I can’t fit in my regular freezer that I buy when it’s on sale or just to stock up.

Initially I wanted a 7.0cu but this is more than enough room. I placed 1/3 of my regular freezer (which was packed) to the external and still have plenty of room! Easy set up, no issue so far after a month. The light inside is a bonus but I did have to buy a freezer thermometer to check the temperature.

I read the reviews and that was the main reason I bought it based on the recommendations. It is plenty big for a family of 4 or 5. It is super quiet when it runs and has an LED light on the interior which is nice. The exterior light on the outside indicates when the power is on which is a nice feature. For the money you can’t go wrong.

Our previous chest freezer did its job and when we needed a new one strictly for "other than consumables" we looked to Insignia. This little beast holds a whole bucket of bait, fish, and other recreational needs . . . and is quiet about it! So far, so good!

Plenty of room inside. What’s great is, when you open the lid, there’s bright light inside and be able to see your food. Quiet motor. Indicator light shows if it’s on or off. Adjustable temperature setting. I like the location of the exhaust air vent, it’s on the side instead of back.

It’s the perfect size for me, keeps a good constant 0°, and has remained frost free despite a rather humid summer spent in the garage. I’m always kind of wary about store brand electronics and appliances, but I’ve been totally happy with this freezer!

Wonderful freezer unit that will not dehydrate you

I own 5 of them now and love them. This newer model has an LED light that makes finding things in it a snap. And because it is relatively small, it is easy to organize and find things in and takes up hardly any space. And I have not had to defrost a unit in over 1 year with no immediate need to either.

Humidity is an issue, but haven’t had any frosting issues yet. Operated for about 2 months now through Summer months. Works great and perfect size for those few things you don’t want in your main freezer.
