This is a great chest freezer, particularly for smaller spaces. We actually have it as a second freezer in our garage. We love it. It doesn't take up a lot of space, yet it is spacious inside. It's working great! And the price was the best we found among several retailers that we compared.

Great price for a small chest freezer. It is very quiet, does not generate much heat and keeps a constant temperature. The coldest temp that it achieves is 0 degrees. Certainly cold enough but I would prefer if it could go down to -10. If you only have a refrigerator freezer and not enough space for a backup full size freezer, this unit is the best deal going.

This an excellent freezer. It is compact and fits a lot. Totally recommend.

Does the job that was intended. not sure on the energy bill though.

We have a smaller fridge/freezer and we’re in need of extra space for freezer items. I was skeptical because of insignia brand and small size of chest freezer. Once I picked it up and installed it in our basement, I was pleasantly surprised at the room in the unit. Nice little basket up top that slides is nice for accessibility and a bright LED light. Very happy for the price!

I just purchased this item about 3 weeks ago and I wished I had done it sooner. It is the perfect size for a small family. Love the l8ghtvthat comes on when you open the lid.

The freezer is compact, quiet, & pleasing to look at. The products frozen are easily accessible. Best Buy delivery people were courteous & on time, Best Buy had the freezer to my business in a few days' time: I've waited over a month to buy one elsewhere. Best Buy will be on my list for purchases in the future.

This little freezer is awesome. Keeps everything extremely cold and fits perfect in the corner. It is small but can fit quite a bit of items in it. I have 4 packs of chicken breasts, 5 packs of steaks, 11 bags of veggies and 4 quarts of ice cream and still have a ton of room. Keeps everything perfectly frozen. Highly recommend for the price.

I bought this as supplement to our main fridge. This is a very nice unit with a good amount of storage. There is a basket to hold additional items near the top. I used a thermometer to make sure it was keeping it cold enough. On the 3/4 setting, it was running around 20 degrees. Very happy with this.

I bought this because my fridge has a small freezer compared to what I am use to. I just needed a little freezer to hold frozen foods for approximately a month at a time. This freezer is so perfect. It fits perfectly in the corner of the kitchen. It is very quiet as well. I do not know about the electric yet as I do not have a new bill to compare to.

All of insignia deep freezers are great. Simple and efficient. No bells and whistles but this model does have a light which was a nice upgrade over my 7 cu ft I had to get rid of when I moved to a smaller place. This is the best price to performance deep freezer on the market.

The size of this freezer is perfect inside and out. I'm capable of placing several very large items on the inside. It also has a shelf and a basket that are helpful for organization. It does not take up a lot of space in my house, and it's lightweight and can be moved easily. The sale price was reasonable, so I purchased one for my parents too.

Very functional small freezer. Good size for our families needs. We use it as an overflow freezer when we have too much frozen foods to fit in our refrigerators bottom freezer.

Perfect for my garage. Cooled quickly so was able to put food into it in a a short time. Easy to use basket that is easy to move. Holds the cold temp even in really hot days.
