The customer service was phenomenal. Paul did an awesome job explaining the benefits of becoming a Best Buy Plus member (and I did just that)! Also, he understood my sense of urgency and arranged for me to purchase my product in the store and pickup curbside at a nearby store for same day delivery! Thank you so much for the unbridled passion to provide an awesome customer experience!

Its the size of a medium size mini fridge but in a chest freezer. I love that it is not too big or too small and I can pack in a lot of frozen foods. The price was very reasonable too.

Very easy installation and getting it started up. Was even easier because I ordered online and did curbside pick up so I didn’t even have to load it in my car. Overall very satisfied with this product

Fabulous little freezer

Apparently, it's very well insulated because once it got to temperature and we loaded it up with food, it barely ever runs. When it does run, it's almost inaudible. For the price, this freezer does everything we wanted / needed a freezer to do.

Spacious space saving freezer

Very compact so it fits nicely in a small space I especially like the light that goes on when I open it,makes easier to see what I have stored. I was pleasantly surprised. With the price of freezers today this was a great bang for the buck.

A little more Freeze space

Our refrigerator/freeze is nice but the freeze is small for a family. Getting this freeze has be huge allowing us to freeze more food when we don't have a ton space so this fits perfect.

Larger than I thought

I like that on the right side below the basket there is a little shelf. This helps with organizing things I don't want to be buried in the main compartnment. I turn it to 3/4 of the was cold and it stays just around 0 degrees or lower.

Just Right For A Small Family

This is a compact unit that has more than enough storage capacity for a 4 member family. It comes with a side basket storage compartment for smaller items, leaving lots of space for a turkey and on sale meats & bulk items. It boasts a yearly operating cost of under $40! I also purchased additional freezer baskets to keep foods organized. This has been a successful project and we are all satisfied.

It comes back on if the electric goes out and has an inside light. Not options on many of the freezers this size. There is adequate room inside and is very quiet. I'm glad I waited for it to return to stock.

However we couldn't find what we were looking for over several months. This freezer became available, so we thought we would give it a try. It has more than enough space, but doesn't take up a lot of space either. Perfect to put in a garage corner!
