Works very well. Very good price! Bought for my son and daughter-in-law and they are so happy with it. Kept everything cold during the Texas freeze winter storm when power was lost for days.

Great deep freezer highly recommend this! I would buy another one to be honest.

I’ve had this freezer for 2.5 years and have had no issues with it. It works great in my Florida garage! I do have a little bit of ice build up around the edges, but I’ve never defrosted it, so it’s way overdue. My only complaint is that it’s kind of hard to organize- but that would be true with any chest freezer. Stuff gets buried and you have to dig around to find it. I’m thinking about getting some milk crates to store food in, that would probably help.

Got this for the family use, and it has been very useful. It is nice looking, quiet and most importantly, gets the job done!

The item came in on time and it is the ideal size for what we needed. Nothing too big and not too small. Ample space for storing that extra frozen food where the frig is just not big enough. Great value.

This is a great freezer definitely worth the price that I paid and it’s been working great for over 3 years now.

Only 5 cu ft but plenty big enough to take advantage of a sale on meat, keep extra desserts and make it easy to reduce overcrowding in the kitchen fridge/freezer. This family of four eats a lot but this freezer fits easily in a space at the back of the garage. I've had mine for ~ 1 month. I've got steak, fish, lobster, fruit and ice cream in there and it holds a solid -10F regardless of the temp in the garage. The cover door is lightweight, spring assisted and the interior light is a bonus. At an average energy cost of $26/yr I couldn't pass it up. Interior frost is only a function of outside humidity when the cover's open. And any little bit that does develop can be easily removed w/the frost scraper that's included.

This freezer has worked well, no problems at all, it’s not loud. Just the right size for our family of 3 to be able to actually freeze more than just the bare minimum.

The uncertainty of what will happen next in this crazy world everyone needs to have a reserve of food. For a small unit it really hold a lot. Just the right size to fit in any room. Great buy!!!

The Insignia 5.0 cubic feet white chest freezer has meet all of our food storage needs and exceeded our expectations. The Freezer is compact and fits nicely in our basement.

Absolutely love this freezer great size for the price, holds enough food. Easy pick up at Best Buy was also advised to let item stand upright for 1-2 hours before plugging in. Definitely recommend purchasing one.

I got tired of unloading and reloading the freezer drawer of our refrigerator freezer and losing out on stocking up on sale items. Small enough to fit into a corner of the garage but big enough to hold weeks or months of butchered meats and seafood. I added additional baskets for stacking to keep things organized and make it possible to get at food quickly.

So mo old deep freezer went out during the covid outbreak and we could not find a other one anywhere not even online. So we waited for a couple of months a d kept looking. Finally scrolling on best buy website I found this one. It was smaller than my old one but hey I needed something. Purchased it and had it delivered. To my surprise it was small but it was just enough for what I needed. Loved the light feature on the inside when you open it up. Even came with a defrost scraper. Easy to set up. Totally recommend this product for a smaller family of 4 or less.
