It accumulated some ice on the inside walls and i need to figure out how to thaw them, but overall it works great for our purpose.

Also added in 1/8 of a cow and had no problems fitting it all — I’ll move up to 1/4 of a cow on next purchase. It was also great to have this as a backup when a fan went out on our frig and had to go down for 1/2 day to be fixed. This freezer has no fans so I hope it will be reliable (unlike our expensive 4 year old GE profile frig). One downside is the interior is like a heavy foil material so not sure how that will hold up but for the price it seems like a good deal.

Albeit I've only had it for a week so far, but I've had no problems with it. Easy to set up - just plug and play. I like how there are 3 levels - bottom, a step level, and a storage basket. There's actually room for 1-2 more storage baskets on top if you buy them separately. Cools down fast. I have it stored in a garage in Southern California and so far it's doing pretty well. The defrost valve and temperature control knob are both in the front, at the bottom. If you have little ones running around, just beware the easy access (speaking from experience).

Excellent Deep Freezer

It’s the right size; not overwhelmingly big, but ample room to store food. I keep the temperature dial in the middle which keeps everything nice and frozen.

Was not aware of this brand and was told it was the Best Buy brand. Good product fir a good price. Love that it has a light that comes on when the lid is opened.

To my surprise it even has a light INSIDE. Nice touch INSIGNIA. There is a blue light at the bottom to indicate electric power in on.

Being in Hawaii whwre the humidity factor is higher than other areas, plan before hand you're going to put in or takke out. Since no chest freezers are frost free, ice will collect faster.
