Got cold right away and I was initially satisfied. Then, the fridge started to make a vibration noise that sounded like a fan or something rubbing against something else when the fridge motor was running. Only had it for about 6 weeks. Now, gotta start the process to get it fixed, returned, or replaced

Awful and awful customer service

After the first one failed in the cold weather customer service convinced me they would send a replacement that would be inspected and problem free. Not true. When I tried to return it they insisted I take it back to the store. Hard to believe that is how Best Buy stands behind their own Insignia product. DO NOT BUY.

This refrigerator is only has cool mode not have frozen mode. Only suitable for storage temperature is 1-10 Celsius degrees of food or drink. If the ambient temperature lower than 5 ℃, it will not work. Meanwhile, if the ambient temperature lower than 5 ℃ or 0℃, ambient temperature can cool the food or drink to the storage temperature and you do not need to start the unit.

Compressor a little loud, but for the price probably not unusual. Only bought it a few days ago, so no review about cooling capabilities. Very big inside for the size. Good layout, but doesn’t have a freezer for ice. Usually those don’t work very well anyhow on the small undercounters, so I’m happy to have that extra space for food

The delivery men were courteous on time and very polite. I would buy from best buy in a heartbeat because of their service and interaction with the Geek Squad at the Culver City Geek Squad
