Works great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This kegerator did have some foam issues at first until I found out that if you could the beer lines on top of the keg it is eliminated. Keeps beer super cold so far.

My favorite Best Buy purchase
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this kegerator as an in-store model; a huge shoutout to the young lady that helped wrangle all of the parts which were sitting unlabeled on a shelf in the back. Fantastic price. Plenty of room for two sixtel kegs. I upgraded the tap and gas valve to accommodate two kegs, and I can still keep the gas tank inside the kegerator. One holds beer and the other holds sparkling water. Possibly the best thing I've ever bought from Best Buy.

Basic Homebrew Kegerator
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price for single tap. I'm planning on adding a second Perlick faucet for about $60. Using it for three 5 gallon Corning kegs.

Awesome Kegerator
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After months of research and searching both stores and the internet I finally came across this particular kegerator and I am not one bit disappointed. The unit came packaged very well and contained all of the components needed to get going minus of course the keg of beer and of the CO2 gas. (note: 5lb tank was included but you do need to fill prior to use.) Just read the directions to determine what parts you need and don't need since the kit included covers the two tap model as well which utilizes some extra components, not a big deal. One this that I would suggest is purchasing a digital thermometer that you can mount the display outside with the probe inside the unit, that way you can monitor temps without opening the door. Again am not disappointed and would purchase again!

Great buy and good quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This insignia kegerator is just as good as any other on the market of this style. There is not much you can really change up to make it stand out from others. I had it unboxed and assembled in 20 minutes. The temperature control is a little touchy but it’s easy to find your desired setting within a day or two. I have my set on 4 1/2 out of 6 and it’s keeping the beer at a steady 34 degrees. If you like having cold beer on tap this is the way to go. Can’t beat the price.

Kegerator
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for the price, but be not as cold as we would like it. Bought a tower cooling kit... helped a little. You get what you pay for.

Great addition for the summer and hometime
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent fridge for the money. Mine keeps right at 34 degrees. My advice: When you take your 5 lb. CO2 tank in to swap out for a filled tank, ask for a 20 lb. tank - they’re the same price, and a 20 lb. tank will last a year! You say “But you can’t mount the larger tank inside the cooler.” That’s right, and you don’t want the tank inside the cooler. It needs to remain at room temperature to allow the CO2 to properly convert from liquid to gas.

Follow directions
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so far its worked exactly as described. The only issue I've had was it got a little too cool in the first few days. While I was dialing in the temp the lines froze. This was my fault. It says to plug in & let run for 48 hours before adding keg. I was inpatient & let it run about 6 hours. The Temps seemed to jump around for the next day and a half. Cant say I wasn't warned. Other than that its been perfect. I have frosty cold beer whenever I want.

Great kegerator for the price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered this for my son who does home brewing. He got 2 Corny kegs to store his home brews. Much less time bottling and have cold brews available every day! Can't beat the Insignia price! Quality seems good! He may try to create a dual tap since it holds two kegs.

Keeps beer cold
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall it's a good kegerator. Keeps beer cold and after a few tries you will get the co2 right. I suggest adding a co2 tank gauge so you know how much is left in the tank, also a longer hose from keg to tap to help cut down on foam. After replacing shorter hose with a 10 footer and lowering the co2 from the recommended 10 to 14 to 8 psi it solved the foam issue. remember to coil your beer hose on top of keg, below beer line will cause foam.

Perfect kegerator for home use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy set up and fairly inexpensive. Make sure you have a welding supply shop close by to fill the CO2 tank.

Think twice about this purchase
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will start by saying that there is a steep learning curve for a novice, like myself. The thought of your own, personal kegerator is cool but there is a lot to it. Like most I have dealt with having foam issues when I first tapped a keg. There is a learning curve with these, the temp has to be just right, as does the CO2. Also, you need to make sure that everything is perfectly tight, I ran out of CO2 within 2 days because I had a leak in my regulator. Therefore, make sure you double check that all connections are tighten. I would suggest to use soapy water to make sure there are no leaks. About a third of my first keg was wasted in foam, so I am now planning on swapping the beer line for one that is 10 feet long. I have also added a fan to help circulate the cold air inside the keg. Also, these things require up keep. After every keg it is recommended that you clean the beer lines. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend a Kegerator to anyone, just because of the associated extra cost. But it is pretty awesome to have draft beer at home. You can also go to your local brewery and pick up a keg, that in itself is pretty special.

Great deal on sale over DIY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was considering DIY project but ended buying this on sale since it was in stock. Worked well out of the box with first keg. Second keg we are drinking slower and tap gets stuck. First time a little bit of pressure on the handle got it flowing. But when it happened again, the pressure attempt actually. Role the plastic handle. Sure we should be drinking more frequently but seems weird. Not sure what the issue is or how to resolve yet.

Happy Dad
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The packaging was in perfect condition, well packed. One trick to keep in mind was to keep the unit upright the entire time. Casters are an option. Take your time and follow instructions. Get your 10lb C02 bottled as soon as possible after unpacking. The unit stays at a cool 40*. Once you balance your system, you're ready for a draft!
