Extremely nice and has wheels you can attach if you want. Got this for my dad for father's day and it was so easy to set up and it came with CO2 which is rare!

I feel like there is a lot of foam that comes out, we have read the instructions and followed everything and my husband was a bartender but still seems to come out very foamy at first.

Once you figure it the right temperature and pressure settings for your current keg, it’s a nice smooth pour every time. So nice to get home from work and pour a quick beer. Also, the removable tray is very easy to pick up and wash off.

We had a difficult time getting the tap tower on but eventually figured it out. We will upgrade to double taps as it is plenty big for two pony kegs.

There were several dents from shipping and I contacted customer service and they gave me a 10% discount which was nice, in lieu of returning it. The performance is not effected by the slight damage from shipping.

However, you get what you pay for and the parts and pieces were very low quality. I had to buy a new regulator for C02, and think I may I need to buy a new beer line.

What an investment! If you're a beer drinker, this is the best gift ever- 'round the clock thirst quencher! Lol!!! Highly Recommend!!

Fairly easy to put together, although the white plastic ring that screws in on the inside wasn't shown in the directions. The CO2 bottle was two years old, certifications last 5 years, no big deal for the price. The temperature control is extremely touchy, I set it at 4.5 and the temp was 25 degrees, bumped it down to 4 and it was 41 degrees. For the money I feel these are minor issues, and if I need to upgrade the faucet and tower I'm still good.

Door fell off, when opening up the box

The hinge pin bushing was damaged. Called Insignia. They could not give me a new bushing, because they don't have spare parts. They offered to replace entire unit. The bushing was useable. I bent the hinge pin back, and hanged the door back on. I completed the hookups. The unit seems to run fine for now. Wish they had spare parts.

This was supposed be sent to a different address so I had to move this heavy *********to the correct address myself. That would be ok but I’m a 66 year old with a bad back

Followed the installation instructions with no problems and after two days to let it settle in, bought a 1/6 keg to start off with and not to waste too much beer on initial setup. All went well and I’m happy.
