Bought for Christmas present so we haven’t used it for a long time but so far it has been great. We had a difficult time getting the tap tower on but eventually figured it out. We will upgrade to double taps as it is plenty big for two pony kegs.

So far so good. Easy set up and go. Became the house to be at in the neighborhood. Beer stays ice cold and lots of extra storage too.

Price and functionality is great. Solid fridge definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy one. Easy set up and once set up changing out kegs is super simple.

Overall the product is nice. However, you get what you pay for and the parts and pieces were very low quality. I had to buy a new regulator for C02, and think I may I need to buy a new beer line.

It arrived on time and works really well. There were several dents from shipping and I contacted customer service and they gave me a 10% discount which was nice, in lieu of returning it. The performance is not effected by the slight damage from shipping.

Bought this on sale. Fairly easy to put together, although the white plastic ring that screws in on the inside wasn't shown in the directions. The CO2 bottle was two years old, certifications last 5 years, no big deal for the price. The temperature control is extremely touchy, I set it at 4.5 and the temp was 25 degrees, bumped it down to 4 and it was 41 degrees. For the money I feel these are minor issues, and if I need to upgrade the faucet and tower I'm still good.

I purchased this kegerator in January of 2017. To date, it still pours ice cold beer. What an investment! If you're a beer drinker, this is the best gift ever- 'round the clock thirst quencher! Lol!!! Highly Recommend!!

Works great. Keeps the beer cold. Can fit 2 1/6 barrels so you can keep an extra. There's even a little bit of extra room to store some cans or pint glasses.

Takes some practice to learn co2 and temp settings but works as should.

The unit came and the door fell off. Someone tried reversing the door, and bent the top hinge pin. The hinge pin bushing was damaged. Called Insignia. They could not give me a new bushing, because they don't have spare parts. They offered to replace entire unit. The bushing was useable. I bent the hinge pin back, and hanged the door back on. I completed the hookups. The unit seems to run fine for now. Wish they had spare parts.

Five stars for the product NO stars for Best Buy. This was supposed be sent to a different address so I had to move this heavy *********to the correct address myself. That would be ok but I’m a 66 year old with a bad back

I received the kegerator two days after it was ordered, a pleasant surprise. Followed the installation instructions with no problems and after two days to let it settle in, bought a 1/6 keg to start off with and not to waste too much beer on initial setup. All went well and I’m happy.

Unfortunately I had to have it shipped as there were none local so of course it arrived with some cosmetic dents, The product itself is very nice and works well in our location.

Works well, was really hard to lock tower in place had to look at a YouTube video.

co2 tank was not full and/or gauge isn't working or both... beer barely comes out... Box was almost fallen apart when it arrived... Only damage tho was a dent on the bottom that can't see... The beer tap doesn't line up properly, at a slight angle... It does keep everything very cold... and its looks very nice... I didn't try and use it right away... Bought it for a party I'm having this weekend... )-:

Great kegerator! I’ve had it for almost 3 years now and it still works great!

My wonderful fiancé bought this for me for Christmas. I was excited to use it and it works really well. Keeps the keg cold and it was easy to put together. The only issue I have is that the actual tap seem like cheaper plastic but the rest of it is amazing.
