This was a great deal and works great with 2 1/4 slim kegs. Wish I had bought another one!

Love the two handle system. One regular and one for light beer

Tap handles have gotten stuck multiple times and do not move or work. I was able to free one of them and it worked for a few weeks, then froze up and no longer works.

I bought this in late June 7/23/18... the motor quit by July 30, 2018. My keg got warm and ruined

The kegerator cools excellently. I bought a keg of Modelo half barrel and it tapped poorly. I then tried a keg for miller lite half barrel and it worked horribly again. Basically I bought a Mexican import and domestic brand to trial and error. When you pay for a product like this it should work flawlessly. If it worked I would have rated a 5 star. Since it doesn't it is the opposite.

I must say this Kegerator did not disappoint me for the price. Few things to remember and upgrade: 1) CO2 regulator is bad. Do not waste time to find a way out to make this regulator to work. Buy a new one from a local store or amazon. 2) Buy a wireless thermostat to monitor temperature inside the kegerator. 3) Buy a tower cooler- this will help you to get a great pour everytime. 4) Set PSI between 7-10. 5) Ideal temperature for lager beers 32-35 F Easy to install. Be prepared to spend extra $$ in accessories. Best Buy should refund for regulators or upgrade so we do not end up spending $90 to get a better regulator.

I was excited when I saw this kegerator on sale for $349 since it was about $200 less than every other option I had been looking at and it had duel taps. When the package arrived the box was severely damage and was scared to even open the item. The fridge had some damage to the side panel probably from a fork lift or during shipping. was hoping I could get some discount off. Since I thought it may be more of a hassle to return and since it was such a good deal - I decided to see how it works before determining if it needs to be returned. After a couple tweaks and realizing the door was bent during shipping I have the fridge holding at a steady 38 degrees. and it pours a nice cold IPA. Not sure about the other review as this version of the kegerator will definitely hold 2 - 1/6 Barrel Craft kegs or one full size keg with room to spare. For the price I got it at I am thinking I will be keeping this item as long as I don't have any other problems in next 30 days.

So I hope I can help out some of the common folk that are considering buying this thing to have ice cold draft beer in their house. When we first got it, it foamed like crazy and I did all the trouble shooting with no avail. After searching online I learned how complicate it can be to balance the system. So I decided to go with what I found the most and made the beer lines longer. I bought a 25’ hose on amazon cut it in half and spliced it into the existing lines with brass couplers from amazon as well. I also had to turn the co2 down to 5-7 psi and now it is a slower pour but just the right amount of head and a cool 32 degrees! We are in love. Would’ve given it 5 stars info it wasn’t ready to go out of the box but I had to do some research and spend about $20 in those additional hoses/couplings.

I bought this and was very excited about the value to quality of the item. I got it and received the Kegerator. After one use the regulator broke and the Best Buy team was not helpful at all. I like the Kegerator and they have defective item and should replace it but after one keg it shouldn't break. The customer service agent couldn't even help. I'm not going to be buying anything from this store again.

To start, the first unit shipped was dented. Returned it and got a new one. After a week, one of the faucets started leaking and a month later, the diaphragm blew on the co2 regulator. I checked the faucet and found an o-ring was damaged, causing the leak. Fortunately, both of these issues are easy to fix, assuming you know the o-ring size and regulator model. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the correct size o-ring after searching for months and the regulator has no brand/model identification on it. I really didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it again for what should be quick, easy fixes, so I contacted Insignia. You would think, seeing as how they manufacture the item, this should be simple. I received a response saying that's not something support could answer and they would have to reach out to engineering. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get an answer. Really? Whatever, I already went this long, what's another month. Six weeks later I got a response telling me thread sizes which didn't help. I sent a reply explaining I was given the wrong information. A week later they responded saying they had to reach out to the engineers again. After 4 weeks more and no response, I emailed asking what the hold up was. I was then sent an email recommending I just return the item for a new one. This would require me renting a truck to get it back to best buy all because of an o-ring. Not an acceptable answer. There's no reason for them to not know what parts are needed. Especially parts that may need to be replaced at some point in time.

Decent machine but they packaged it horribly. It came with a a bunch of dents and a slash. I had a bunch of guests coming over and didn't have time to return it

Bought on Black Friday for $449 and come to find out just days before Xmas it dropped to $399. So glad BB price matched. The system works great, I absolutely love the double tap feature. Fits two 1/4 kegs perfectly. Keeps beer nice and cold!! Had no problems with CO2 nor the shipping. Would deff recommend to wait for sales.

Just picked up his kegerator and it is as good as the reviews said. I ordered it online while on sale for store pickup. Product arrive with the shipping box in perfect order. Everything advertised was present in the box without a scratch. Easy assembly and it keeps beer cold. Great buy.

Great fridge ruined by whoever decided to put this thing together.

I do not understand all of the bad reviews for this unit. There is plenty of space to hold what the description says it can hold. It gets colder than you could ever want it. All the parts needed came with it. I'm glad this is the unit I chose and I have not had one negative experience with it.

I’ve had this for 3 years and I must say it’s the best thing I’ve ever purchased! I’ve had zero issues with it since I bought it. I love draft beer and this keg cooler didn’t let me down. The dual tap is nice to have but because product selection is limited in 1/6 and 1/4 kegs I usually end up just getting a full size 1/2 barrel. It’ll fit 2 1/4 slim kegs nicely which I was unsure of until I tried it. I think this is the best size if you’re going to use both taps as they last longer than the 1/6 kegs. I have a beer or 2 most nights and a 1/2 barrel lasts me anywhere from 2-3 months with problem, tastes as fresh as the day I tapped it.

Ordered this because I homebrew and wanted to start kegging. This kegerator did not disappoint! It was delivered in perfect condition and chilled my beer beautifully! I would highly recommend this if you are thinking about it! Great price and quality product!

I've now had this product for a couple months now. Overall it a good purchase. One thing I do not like would be the regulator on the CO2 tank. It is a very cheap regulator I ended up purchasing another one.
