Replacing these with a straight connection is a must as every time I cleaned the lines they would not reseal and beer exploded everywhere when the keg was tapped. The tower seems rather cheap and unsteady as well. I have an Edge Star at our house (Insignia is at condo). I recommend the Edge Star over this one any day.

Missing washers for coupler (Now leaking because of this, still trying to trouble shoot) missing tap handles, which is important to have. Offered to refund 25$ but didn’t. First experience with this should have been better. Overall extremely disappointed.

Do not believe in the one year parts & labor warranty because it becomes a pass the buck over hours on the phone while your kegerator sits broken. This experience has solidified that I will never shop at Best Buy again.

It can be refill for 5 years according to gas supplier. When I contacted insignia on 7/17/19 they told me can not help you due to best buy policy of 15 days to return defective items. I won't buy from best buy anymore.

Worked fine till you need to fix

One of the 2 taps foams up badly. Ive wasted most of one of the kegs trying to fix. Both small kegs are on the same co2. Ive bled it as recommended and switched them . Something in the system for the right tap just makes it foam

The led temperature read out though, in my opinion, is way to bright with no way to dim it. Secondly, I was really hoping this thing would work out of the box. I was very wrong. From the moment I started using it it had issues. Everything needed tightening and faucets internals are next impossible to get to. I’ve replaced almost everything from the line to entire faucet. This thing has been unuseable and a headache. If I could I would have bought a different brand.
