I absolutely love this freezer! For being the size it is it has a surprising amount of storage. Perfect for what we were looking for. We rent, so the refrigerator that comes with the place is kinda on the small side. We needed just a tad more freezer room. There's a very dull pop & hum when it cuts in..barely noticeable to us..

Does it's job and keeps things rock solid. Even at a lower setting. Has ample room for my purpose. Would like the racks to have a lip as things do not stay put well. May just use some Tupperware containers once I find some that fit. Also seems to produce a good amount of frost. Time will tell if this becomes a problem. May need periodic defrostings. Price was good, especially when it's on sale.

I placed this freezer in the garage. I needed extra storage for quick freezer meals and stuff from Costco. My house freezer just didn't have enough room and I was making many trips to the grocery store. This freezer doesn't take up much room. It's easy to stack stuff in there and easy to find what you need.

The whole process of selecting this freezer from a wide variety of freezers on the best Buy web site was quite easy and efficient. I thought about what I wanted to buy and how much I wanted to pay and began to refine my search accordingly. The side bar pop ups and streaming coupon fringe messages did not distract me and I made it through the search with minimal distraction

We eat lots of fish and wanted to have an inexpensive separate freezer that is not frost free. The fish is shrink-wrapped and lasts much longer when not going through the constant cycles of frost free. This freezer fits the bill perfectly. Trouble free and small enough I can see everything and move as needed.

Does a great job of freezing my food items and fits in the space I needed it to.

We had a small space in our basement that we were hopeful to add a freezer. We didn't want to get a freezer where we would lose things in the bottom or have to stand on your head to something out. This fit the bill. While this doesn't store a ton of food, it is a great option for a tight space.

This freezer is so quiet, I have a hard time hearing whether it is even running. The shelves are a bit shallow (front to back), but still plenty of room for a small household. Quality seems just as good as the more expensive brands at the other big box stores, but for a much better value.

I have had this frezzer now for two years best small but big frezzer ever. This is a sturdy reliable upright frezzer it holds a lot of food. This frezzer is so easy for a self defrost and easy to clean. I give this frezzer five stars well worth the money.

This is a great freezer for those who entertain frequently. Fits just enough food for easy Hors d'oeuvres. Great for those who can't get to the store easily & need to freeze a few meals to last a couple or few weeks, but don't plan on fitting large items in it.

Nice upright freezer with plenty of room and shelves. Door very difficult to open. Solution: insert a index card or post card between the freezer and the door. To open pry the index card slightly forward to reduce the air pressure inside the freezer and then open the door. Hopefully, this does not damage the rubber seal on the door over time.

I am a Single Dad and needed more room that what I have in just my regular freezer. This added space did the trick. You get the Depth of a freezer and plenty of shelves... just not the width. I would definitely recommend for the cost savings than buying a NEW Full size freezer.

Although one has to be cautious of denting, this is a great extra freezer for the basement. It's got enough space to be really useful without being overly large. It was also narrow enough for the kindly delivery guys to guide down the narrow stairs leading to the basement.

We like to buy products in large quantities and the Insignia freezer is the perfect place to store our purchases. We enjoy being able to open the door and see what is frozen without having to lean over, look inside and dig out the food we need. And it's the perfect size.

Although it's a bit pricey, this freezer has worked great out in the garage during the hot AZ summer. It's easy to find items with the upright design, and it's fun to watch the door suction in when you close it. It's a tiny bit hard to open because it has that great seal.

The first delivery of this freezer was not so good - the door was installed so poorly that you could slide your hand between the door seal and the frame. The back of the freezer was damaged (in the box). The final delivery was satisfactory, and performing as advertised.

Well, it's only been a few months, nevertheless it is working perfectly. My awesome mother in law cooked all our favorite foods before she went back to the mother land, and we purposely bought the freezer for the bounty she left us. So far, all is well. If we have a problem, I will update this review to reflect any problems.
