I talked to the guy at Best Buy in Valdosta, Ga and he said to email corporate office and ask them to extend my 30 day warranty because they will not get anymore in untill January 22ed. I texted him 2 times and not respond. The freezer has a dent in botton and the top is broken. I ask the guy when he loaded it about the box was damaged and he looked at it and said it was ok.

Nice little freezer

I still use this as a second freezer and I do like it except for that it gets the frost in it. Other than that it was a good buy.
