We are very pleased with the freezer itself. However, when we had to switch the door to open the other way, it was problematic. Toward the end of the process, the directions said a pin should just "pop out" using a flat head screwdriver. Come to find out, it had to be unscrewed. We needed to get a special tool to get it out. We were not happy about this problem.

l had previously purchased two small freezers and had to return them because of defrosting problems. The reviews I read didn't mention anything about defrosting problems. Different Manufacturers the first two.

So far so good , like the size, the front opening door, and interior shelves, no digging through stuff to get to something.

We were looking for a smaller freezer, with a smaller footprint due to space. We have had this freezer for a few months. We haven't had any issues or concerns with it. No frills and yet it gets the job done.

Partly we bought this because it fits into the back of our little car. It is our second one. It is also cheaper per cubic foot than larger models. So we can two for less money and more space. Freezes things VERY fast as the cooling coils are in the shelves.

Freezer is small and light enough to move around, but superior in size to those compact portables that set on the counter tops. I prefer the uprights to the chest models that causes the contents to be buried. Have you tried to dig out hard bricks from a well lately? Just not fun!!!

We store this freezer in the garage in the Florida heat. While we haven't had the freezer very long, it also hasn't had any issues keeping our food frozen in pretty horrible outside conditions.

We decided to downsize but did not want to just have freezer space in the top portion of our refrigerator. This was the perfect solution. Much more room than I expected and the price was great.

I love this freezer. Its not too big and not too small. I needed extra room from the overflow in my main freezer. This freezer fit perfectly in our morning room and blend nicely with the style without sticking out like it didn't belong. I only wish it came stainless.

This is a nice freezer that doesn't take up much room. It is quite running and gets cold fast. Auto defrost would make this the perfect buy for its size.

I loved that this was a stand up freezer! Its a little bigger than the standard chest freezer and I don’t have to go through the annoyance of digging through it like a chest freezer.

It is our daily used freezer and gives excellent add-on to the existing our GE Profile Refrigerator. Must have for a bigger family who need a freezer with decent storage.

This is the perfect size for a small family! Setup was quick and easy. Now we can take advantage of sales on frozen foods to save money. This will pay for itself in no time.
