Needed a some additional freezer space to augment the freezer on our counter depth side by side fridge. Didn't need a full size freezer but wanted the convenience on an upright in stead of a chest freezer. This fit the bill perfectly. Compact & energy efficient.Only issue was it arrived with a small dent on one corner of the base which made leveling the unit a bit tricky.

Extremely well priced freezer (even better on sale!) Delivered free as I purchased in store as always. Arrived in perfect condition; as it cooled I felt the sides and they were very hot, not just warm, called Insignia support and was told to unplug and ask for replacement. Called again the next day and was told the same thing. Replacement arrived, (again in perfect condition) and delivery person asked what was wrong with the first freezer. I told him about the "hot sides" while compressor was working; we both touched the sides of the new freezer as it started to cool and it was also hot (he called it very warm) . Obviously this is normal phenomenon which is not mentioned online or in the instruction manual. Works perfectly and is in garage. Does not hold as much as chest freezer of same size but much more organized. Excellent seal! Thanks Best Buy for excellent merchandise, great price, great delivery guys and great service. Always a loyal customer.

This freezer is perfect for what I was looking for. It is compact so does not take up much space, several shelves and exactly what I was looking for. Two things that it does not have is a temperature read out and it is not self defrosting. If you want those features you might as well pay 2.5 time the price. I'm very pleased with this freezer.

Bought this freezer due to need for extra freezer. Freezer fits in reasonable space and is running good so far, keeping food in good condition. The door is bit hard to open which is plus for my house hold cause of little kids. Keeps them out from opening needlessly.

This is a great little freezer. I didn't know they made a small upright. It's much better than digging through a chest freezer. Everything is within reach. Shelves are fixed in place... so top shelf I use for ice packs. I would definitely recommend this freezer.

Really, it seems to be a great freezer for a person like me. Was in need of some extra storage. Didn't need anything fancy, but the upright style was what I was leaning more towards. They seem to be quite convenient as apposed to a freezer where you stack things on top of each other and have to dig through just to find what was being looked for. The shelves are stationary, cannot be moved and a light would be nice for when it is darker. Those are the only two things that could have made much of a difference as to making it a more desired freezer. I really like it, no troubles and it works great.

I've had this freezer a few months now and it works great. I have it in my bedroom as I don't have wall space left anywhere else in my apartment. It barely makes any noise so it doesn't disrupt my sleep. It's the perfect size to store food for two people.

The freezer has been working out well. It's small, but I didn't have a lot of room so it's perfect. It has a lot of shelves and holds a lot of items. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very professional. I'm very happy with my new freezer.

I wanted a small size freezer, but I'm not crazy about chest type freezers. This upright is perfect for my needs. Holds a significant amount of food and makes it easy to grab something in a hurry, instead of digging through a chest freezer. I love it!

We just needed a little extra space for freezing some items. We were very surprised to see an upright freezer this small. It is nice to be able to see the items in it easily and there is much less food being crushed like in a chest freezer. We really love it!

This is the perfect freezer for those who need double the space of a combination refrigerator/freezer. It takes up very little space and it is easy to find what you are looking for, unlike a small chest freezer.

This perfect for the 2 of us. We have had this for over a year and has very little frost build up. Lots of storage and you can find stuff much easier than a chest freezer. We bought one for our daughter. She loves it too.

This little freezer is a real jewel! Keeps stuff frozen much colder than the freezer section of our refrigerator. The ONLY downside, so far, is the door seals so tight that the freezer tends to move when opening it if there isn't much food in it! :-)

This is the perfect compact size for any small room! I love it, compared to a bulky chest freezer, it's easier to organize and space friendly! I've already had 2 friends ask where I got it, and when I told them the price they were blown away!

This is a nice freezer with a small footprint. If you have a small garage like we do and want to keep it there, this is a great solution. I like that it's upright and comes with plenty of shelves so that you can keep everything organized.

We have found this to be perfect in our little house. We needed a perfect size. The shelf’s are fixed and about pizza box size. For the price and having an up right this was perfect. Longevity is unknown since only have owned for 1 month.

I needed an upright freezer. Chest freezers are more common but difficult to use for keeping things organized. This is a good sized upright freezer that helps me keep things easier to access and better organized.

If your not needing a real big deep freeze. This is a great size for the small amount of floor space it uses. Nice and quite and the upright style makes it easy to see what you have. Adjustable shelves would have been nice. But works well.

Great smaller freezer that holds a ton. Best price for size and easy to move if needed. Biggest drawback is have a light handy because it can get dark in shadows. We have a lamp next to it in garage and it is amazing. Happy with purchase.

Needed something for a small space, this fit perfectly. Got it home in my Jeep, used a cart to get in house, followed set up instructions on letting its system settle after all the movement. Turned it on and it works great.
