The packaging material was solid. I was able to install the electric range in my kitchen without any problem.

Should have purchased an open box...

So the next day a certified electrician came out and fixed the issue and plugged the stove up and whala...I thought I was going to be sitting down to a hot meal that night, nope...I the heater coils didn't allow the eyes to even heat up nor did the oven heat up. Of course i was very disappointed. And then to add cream to my coffee, I was told that was going to be another 2 weeks before they could replace this new stove I just purchased, No, it wasn't an open box purchase. And there you have it...another unsatisfied customer....smh
