Got this as an open box item and im very happy with it. It does everything I need it to. Some buttons don't function with my tv, but I'm happy to have a remote that works rather than one that doesn't.

I kept pushing 2 buttons at the same time. It does not have the timer option or I haven't found it yet. I only have it connected to one device.

Very easy and simple to use. But lots of buttons that let you run all kinds of different devices. Good job, Best Buy!

Setup was super easy and it automatically connected to my soundbar as well when setting up for the tv which was extea convenient.

And the OEM ones for samsung are way too expensive as if they were parts of a spaceship. So i took a chance and ordered this remote. And it has taken a few falls and functions just great. I love the backlit keypad for dimmed lighting and also when you are just getting used to handle this remote until you know the keys like the back of your hand.
