I always buy Insignia cables because they are well-built, a great value and are very durable. This 8' 4K HDMI cable is no exception. I like that Insignia uses cardboard/paper packaging rather than plastics that sit in landfills for eternity. Not much to say about this cable besides it works great and works with my HDMI ARC port so I can control my TV power, sound bar power and volume all through my Apple TV remote.

I purchased two of these cables to be used with a dual-head KVM. The 25 foot length provides plenty of cable to route from the computer enclosure to the monitors on my desk. These are advertised as being able to be used in walls, and that is exactly what they are. They are somewhere between 3/8 and 1/2 inch in diameter. In my case, they are being routed through raceways in furniture. They are very durable and didn't raise any concerns as I was pulling them through the openings. The only drawback for my specific application is that their stiffness made them a bit troublesome when I was trying to do turns and to remove twists while installing. There are no noticeable video artifacts, and all of the monitor data was relayed reliably back to the KVM and the computers being managed. I debated between 4 and 5 stars. The only reason I'd consider giving these a 4 is due to my specific application. The documentation wasn't clear on the stiffness, but I should have been aware that "in wall" means they are going to be more robust, and robust they are.

The entertainment specialist at Best Buy tried to talk me down to a smaller size, but this is perfect for my needs. I bought a 55" TV, and the recommended viewing distance is 10'. With a 12' HDMI cable, I can connect my laptop to my tv and keep my laptop with me on the couch. There is one streaming service that I can only get on my laptop, so I play it to my TV via this HDMI cable. I've experienced no problems with or deterioration in image or sound quality compared to what I'd get from watching the same show on my laptop. Since I have the laptop with me, I don't have to get up to fast forward. Similarly, I can run Jackbox games from my laptop without having to get up. This was the cheaper HDMI cable brand, but it seems plenty for my 4K needs. I recommend this length if you plan to connect a TV to a laptop and want the flexibility of being able to move around some.

Works 100% with hdmi splitter or with out use it for my pc and it’s great Amazon one stop working after 6 months this one looks like it’s made with quality

Great Quality. I bought these for running lines through the wall when I rebuilt the surround for our fireplace insert. They are pretty stiff which means they are a little difficult to get around the side of the TV or into the TV cabinet from the wall pass through.

I bought this cable for connecting my laptop to my big screen 4K TV. Cable works fine. Picture is good and no issues till now. Cable seems to be well made. The length of cable at 12' is good enough for me for standard 11*12 room. It doesn't have gold connectors connectors are standard steel finish.

Excellent HDMI cable. Perfect length for my situation. Not a fan of its jacket. It’s stiff not like other brands that a more flexible. A little pricey considering you can get a better quality cable for less on Amazon. But as a last minute urgent item it’s perfect.

Needed another HDMI cable to periodically connect a laptop to a TV, this works great. Like the length too, not too short, not too long. Hopefully it is durable.

We have been using this HDMI cable for a week or so. It connects our laptop to out TV. It is just the right length. It work as expected to use our TV and its sound to watch podcasts.

This cable was probably the cheapest, good quality 4K hdmi cable. I needed it to power my ultra 4K DVD player. It gets the job done. Nothing special, it’s a good hdmi cable.

The advice I have always been given about HDMI cables is the signal is all the same despite them being gold tipped diamond optics wrapped in platinum. I once even had a Best Buy employee make me put back what I had for the cheapest thing they had (which wasn't even their brand). I never saw a difference when testing different cables at the house. The above may be different now with the growing pixels of newer TVs. To get the best 4K experience maybe you need to spend more. But for HD (really, there's SuperHD now?! Well, this cable says it's got that covered as well) this cable will do you well. This is a nice two pack with both being 6', well made and works like a charm.

This was good HDMI cable, just the right length for what I needed. Quality of the signal / picture coming through to the my television is excellent. Very good product!

For my birthday my wife and daughter gave me a 40" LCD 1080 HD TV, sound bar and wireless headphones, to replace the 20" picture tube TV I have watched for decades (all purchased at Best Buy of course). Needless to say I did not have HD cable service with that old TV , but could now receive it. My daughter has had HD service for her bedroom TV for some time so she checked and the cable company would upgrade my box to HD at no additional cost. I just needed an HD cable to connect the TV and box. My daughter originally told me to get a different one but the fella at BestBuy said this one is the same price and has upgrade capabilities for the future. So now I have HD TV and I must admit it is a noticeably better picture (as good as the regular picture on that TV is). However, as my daughter remarked in jest, as seldom as I get myself a new TV I probably won't be around to use any upgrade features built into this connector. She is no doubt correct. Therefore it's the last one I will ever have to buy!
