Used this cable for wiring in a small building. it works great!

I bought this cable for modem and computer troubleshooting. I needed enough length to go room to room without having to move equipment. This filled the bill, the retainer clips were easy to depress and the cable worked as expected.

The most essential thing for networking and it just works. I get 860 Down out of 800 from my ISP and 25 out of 25 Up. Just note that 150FT Was way too long for my application. So upgrading to 10 gigabit would mean replacing the wire bummer on my part for future-proofing.

It's a relatively inexpensive cable that provides enough length for really any small home for anything. I ran to my Steam Link on the opposite end of my home through my crawlspace and I've had no issues and gigabit speeds.

I needed to extend my wired network to take full advantage of my TWC high speed internet in my home office. The TWC WiFi is fine for most of the house, but in the office I connect to a VPN, stream music, and hold webcasts and conference calls using VoIP. I need some horsepower in that room. So I ran two 50' CAT6 cables through the attic and down through the walls and viola! 300Mbps internet in my office. The cables are long enough to reach, have good connectors at the ends, and are flexible enough to run through fire breaks and holes in drywall. In other words, they do what they're supposed to do, which is pretty much all you can ask of a cable.

I underestimated the length that 100' ends up being. That just means I got great value. Works as expected and I could network my neighbors apartment and their other neighbors apartment with this cable if i needed to.
