Had trouble with setup was told store geeks couldn’t help and 1800 geek squad put me through menu selections until it hung up on me. Tv restarts it self in middle on program. Won’t start others. Buffers constantly. At same time I have no trouble getting something at same time on tablet

Sound could be a bit better but, this isn't Samsung or Sony. The only drawback is using cable with a FireTV. HDCP bypass can be an issue. So far the fix has been to just simply restart the cable box, but it can get annoying if it happens multiple times during a movie. It's an issue because Amazon is trying to ensure you are not "streaming" copyrighted content, albeit, it is through a cable box....lol.

Didn't last long

I own 2 already in a 32 inch and 43 inch, however after only a couple weeks this 50 inch got stuck on the startup screen, and anything I tried didn't fix it. I replaced it with a different tv. Maybe it was just bad apple. I still like this TV.
