Only real complaint I have is for some reason the YouTube app on the TV always glitches. Sometimes it will have a green flash a crossed it or just glitch. None of the other apps or the channels on the TV do it so I am not sure what is causing it.

Remote do not pair to TV, message says offline

It was no longer available so customer service offered this TV instead. I am unable to pair remote to TV, it is saying remote offline. It appears to be a problem with this TV because there are serveral videos online on how to fix, which I tried. Called customer service, who said only had 15 days return policy, (purchased August 25, but just setup last week). Rep Told me to buy another remote myself, or claim warranty in store or call warranty department, I maybe able to get one.
